It’s quite simple really, the rug which I bought for my daughter in law and small children is proving to be a great success. They love it! So do their resident canines which I’m not thrilled about, but that’s their affair. My order was placed and subsequently delivered about a fortnight later direct from Kathmandu. A big thrill to see it on the floor in its vibrant colours and so beautifully made. A small card with the lady’s name who made it was enclosed too, which was a lovely personal touch. Happy to give 5 stars!

This is the second rug I have ordered from this website. I loved the first one so ordered another for my new baby. The rug I received was very well made and of high quality. Unfortunately it did not look the same as the picture on the website. I understand each rug is hand made so there will be differences but this one looks markedly different to what I ordered. It looks like a swirl whereas the picture on the website does not look like this. I sent an email with photos to show the issue and received an email back saying it was the lighting that made the colours look different. I sent a reply noting that my issue wasn’t with the colours but the design and pattern of the rug, and asking if I could simply exchange for another one that didn’t have the swirl pattern. That was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back. For the price I paid for the rug I would have expected better customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered a range of felt balls and they were delivered quickly. Was short one ball of one size, but got an extra of another size, so didn't worry about following it up. Balls are great, fantastic colour range and well made. Happy with price too.
