Wonderful product. Great website with lots of information and pictures. The colours I purchased looked the same as in the pictures on the website. I received by mobile frames and felt balls well packaged and very quickly from the time I ordered. I would definitely recommend. I will be buying more.

We love our felt ball slippers, and never plan to have any other. They are warm, comfortable, light and have a lovely design.

It took much longer than expected. Fastway Couriers are rubbish, I had to drive all the way out to Olympic Park to pick it up! Why can’t you choose a company that leaves it at the local post office to pick up?

A beautiful felt rug and great communication

Easy to order and very quick delivery. The colour wasn’t as expected (I recommend that people get the colour chart prior to ordering) however a new rug was made and delivered (at no additional cost) again very quickly especially given how close to Christmas. Customer service was amazing. Highly recommend.

This company went over and beyond to get my order to me after the carrier lost my package. They even sent some cute extras for my kiddos waiting to decorate the tree. Would recommend them to anyone looking felt balls. The quality of the product was on point and beautifully crafted!

I received my custom felt ball rug today (made by Shanthi) and to say it looks amazing is an understatement! I ordered the rug for my son's room, and it looks terrific and is excellent quality, not at all like the store bought 'mass produced' rugs available from so many retailers, my son and I both love it!
The service from Felt Ball Rug Australia was really efficient,initially I purchased the felt ball sample chart (which I recommend doing), I received it within one week, I then proceeded with my custom order in mid November, I received my order (all the way from Nepal) so quickly, I cannot fault the service at all, nor the quality. Beautiful products and excellent service (very responsive and caters to all kinds of requests); the color sample chart and free photo samples were extremely helpful.

I needed advice prior to purchase and everything was responded to quickly and efficiently. This company went out of their way to assist and I was very impressed. The rug we received is beautifully made and looks great in the spot we had in mind.

I'm so happy with my new rug. It's amazing looking and the feel is better then you could dream of.The ladies message me and said they had to make my rug from scratch, but it only took an extra couple of days.The postage was so fast, and all the way to your door.I couldn't be happier and I'm even going to order some more.The pebble mat looks so amazing , better then you see in OZ.Well done ladies 10/10 thank you so very much :)

Great design. I ordered 2 samples. Very well made. The thickness didn't suit my needs but they looked beautiful

Packaging was terrible, very old and shabby looking like it was from the bin. The felt balls were also poor quality.
