Great friendly company service, reliable service yet if you get an issue you get great personal service at great price

Extremely great customer service from Helen the Area Manager, her support from installation right through has been impeccable. Really fast and reliable broadband, Gigabit at a great price. No problems in over a year!

Fibrehop have been really great to work with. If you have a question or concern they will answer it in a good timely manner.

Had problems with the Internet hopefully now fixed thanks to fibrehop for the fantastic customer service and a special thank you to Helen who personally came round to sort out the problem .

Stable and reliable service. On the few occasions there was an issue, the Fibrehop team proactively kept me updated on status and progress. I’d recommend them

Service went down a few days after we started with you.
App still says we’re offline and we’ve never been shown as online.
Wi-Fi drops out repeatedly.
Sometimes Channel 4 app doesn’t work saying we’re outside the geo area!
Not impressed.

It has been great, including the installation which involved digging up the road.

since I got fiberhop connection I haven't any issue with speed or connection disconnected and its great broadband

Fibrehop were great but unfortunately since moving I cannot get them anymore as they are not yet in the area …

I've been with Fibrehop for a few years on a cityfibre network.

In the early days there were a few 'speed humps' but these have been largely eradicated.

The reason I rate them so highly is they are a very 'human' company that are very available and very customer focused .

If there's a problem I know they will respond which removes a lot of the stress.

Great service and amazing full gigabit fibre! Real 1gb down and 1gb upload all the time! The main line is from cityfibre so yes, great quality for sure and such a good value for money, paying less than my previous 36mb BT broadband. Not a single network drop in 18 months, very reliable. I use it for 2 computers, 3 TVs, xboxs Nintendo's and several mobile devices. You can't go wrong with them!

I can't thank Fibrehop enough for everything they did. Helen is a star and managed to get my broadband setup and running just like she said she would. After all the trouble I had with Airbroadband leaving me with no broadband since instalation Helen was the only person willing to help. She was an absolute star and gor me connected as promised. I can't recommend Fibrehop enough. Amazing service. Attentive and quick to reply and answer questions. Thank you thank you thank you. Helen you are a star

Price and service are okay

I started out my FTTP project with 14 potential suppliers and eventually whittled the shortlist down to Firbrehop and it turned out to be a great choice.

Excellent service from Fibrehop. A small issue at the ordering stage was promptly and efficiently sorted by Helen with a dose of good humour.

The installation by Cityfibre was carried out as planned on time and without any problems.

Great internet support

I changed from BT because the prices had gone silly with the rises each year. Cityfibre had laid the fibrecables so I decided to try fibre broadband. Fibrehop at £36 a month for a years contract seemed a good deal. No 'perks' that you never use. No bundles to push up the cost. Straight basic fibre broadband at a reasonable cost. Installation was fine, Set up and running quickly. The little communications (because I haven't needed to contact them) between myself and Fibrehop have been handle well.

There have only been a couple of dropouts over the 6 months or so I have been with them and the router reconnected within minutes.

All in all nothing but a positive experience.
