Great personal service so far right from the moment the order was made and now the first 3 months!
A few ‘drop-outs’ & probably an extension wifi required for part of house. All in all great service!!

Very good ISP
Very good ISP. There have however been a couple outages, but these were dealt with as quickly as possible. One of these was on Christmas Day 2021 and they had to send technicians to a data centre somewhere to sort it, which they did in reasonable time. Otherwise the connection is fast and rock solid. It’s also great to have a named local support contact. I have her mobile number and could call direct, although I haven’t. Night and Day for support compared to the likes of the horrendous Vodafone or BT call centres.
