It was a breath of fresh air to deal with FireAngel. To be able to speak to a human and in a language I could understand, for me was a great start. The gentleman I spoke to, was knowledgeable and listened to the problem I had. When he decided I needed a replacement alarm, the process was very quick and easy. I first contacted them on the 4th of February and the replacement alarm arrived on the 10th.
A good product and excellent after sales service.

Einer meiner Feuermelder funktionierte nach nun 8 Jahren leider nicht mehr. Nach meinem ersten Kontakt bekam ich von Nikkita die Nachricht, dass ich die Rechnung senden sollte. Danach ging alles sehr schnell, sprich der Ersatz kam kostenlos frei Haus.

I am most disappointed with the service I’ve had from fire angel, my alarms batteries have stopped working a few years ago and again recently and they still had 3 years to go. They are not interested in trying to help despite me explaining to them I’m 82 years old and am not able to reset them myself and there’s no help replacing the batteries either, very disappointing from a company like them, absolutely no customer care.

The company offers an extensive guarantee, I have a faulty unit and once I called and explained, they quickly took details and have agreed to provide a replacement without any quibble. Brilliant service. (I love having an excuse to leave a 5* review)!

A Fireangel smoke alarm had started to become temperamental after 3 years but within the warranty period, I contacted the company and they issued an immediate replacement

Steer clear of these cheap Chinese smoke alarms. Fireangel have their own version of UK warranty laws and will not replace faulty derectors unless you buy from a narrow list of their chosen suppliers. As a former Fire Officer, I find it appalling that this company put their profits above fire safety.

Unkompliziert wurde eine Lösung für mein Problem gefunden, auch wenn der Kundenservice zur Zeit nur per Email erreichbar ist. Hier sollte man auf der Homepage nachbessern und eine Info hinterlassen.
Die Antworten haben zwar auch ein wenig länger gedauert aber es wurde geholfen und das ist für mich als Kunde sehr wichtig.

Excellent customer service from Carol at FireAngel. Faulty CO alarm replaced without any fuss once my receipt had been provided. Original 5 year warranty very comforting, replacement alarm received very quickly. Thank you.

I had a faulty fire alarm and Sophia was dealing with my case. She was very helpful, promptly organised a replacement. Very happy with the customer service.

Contacted Fireangel re a faulty CO2 Alarm. Once I supplied Proof Of Purchase Sophie arranged a replacement to be sent immediately. No quibbles just great service

Smoke detector unit became faulty after just 6 months (constant false alarm). FireAngel agreed to replace under waranty, but I am still waiting for replacement after 2 weeks. Clearly unacceptable for safety equipment. The FireAngel store on Amazon delivers next day (where orignal purchased from), so I do not understand why this is taking so long.
From FireAngel:
"Good afternoon, Mr Austin, your alarm was sent out Friday the 23rd of January, it is a seven working day expected delivery, your alarm was collected by Royal mail on the 5th of February, we are sorry there was a delay on their side, which is down to them. They should be posting your alarm any day now. We do not do next day, as this is a charged premium service via Amazon, we do second class delivery. Kind regards, FireAngel"
I appreciate that a faster service would cost you more, but at the end of your unit was faulty! Even if this had been delivered on time, I question why you believe that 7 working days for replacement of safety equipment is acceptable? Whilst you can't do anything about the original unit developing a fault, you could at least try not to make things worse. Of note, the unit was finally delivered today - 11 working days for delivery and a total of 17 days without a smoke detector since the fault developed. I would happily have ordered a replacement from your Store on Amazon with free next day delivery, if you were able to refund the purchase price.

"Our product is your problem!"
Purchased from Amazon. Seems faulty after two years. As the Amazon seller was a third part retailer - not Fire Angel they won't honour the five year warranty. They then conflated Amazon with Ebay and suggested the third part seller might have purchased the item from B&Q. Goodness knows what markup they would have made if they had done that.
They tell me to buy from Amazon which I did but avoid ebay/third party sellers. But you get lots of third party sellers on Amazon too which is where I have apparently fallen foul!
It's an interesting question: if a product states a 5 year warranty on Amazon and you buy from a third party seller. At what point does the customer know that the warranty is void?
All seems a bit nothing to do with me mate.

Carol dealt with my problem efficiently, knowledgeably and in a friendly manner.
I’ve kept my receipt, which on submission, should get me a replacement smoke alarm under warranty.
