I have a 10 year battery alarm , model ST-622 Replacement date Apr 2032
It failed when I tested , so contacted FireAngel but without proof of purchase they refused to honour the warranty .
So a smoke alarm with a ten year battery life failed when only 4 years old .. and the company are not interested and refuse to replace it.

Terrible customer service and products. Purchased several st622 smoke alarms and many have failed after a few years service. They replaced one three years ago with a 10 year battery guarantee - this has failed again after 3 years and they refuse to replace! Stay away - poor quality products and they don't honour the 10 year battery guarantee. Simply put, their products are not fit for purpose

Na enkele maanden werkte één van onze rook- en co melder combialarm niet meer zoals het moet.
Fireangel een mail gestuurd, binnen 24 uur antwoord gekregen en onmiddelijke actie. +/- 10 dagen later een nieuw exemplaar toegestuurd gekregen.

One of my FireAngel Smoke Alarms had started to go off randomly, so I got in touch with the company to ask for a replacement, in line with the 5-year warranty of the product. After a rather long wait for a response to my email, Nikkita in Customer Support replied and after some confirmation of details, arranged for a replacement alarm to be sent out to me. This arrived within a few days and the new alarm has now been installed. Thanks to Nikkita for dealing with my request.

I received a very prompt reply from Robbie answering my enquiry very clearly. I hoped that the answer would justify me buying a number of FireAngel alarms directly from FireAngel, and it did.

I bought two of the Fire angel fire alarms with the 10 year battery back in April. One of them developed a battery fault in February, I called the help desk and Carol took my details and sent a fresh one out. There was no hassle and fantastic customer service.
The unit itself is smart and fits in well.

the customer service team were second to none - we had bought a heat alarm with a 10 year battery guarantee (on amazon) in 2020 - a few weeks ago it started making this piercing noise whenever it was on the backplate. we contacted amazon who said they only gave a 2 year warranty. I then contacted fire angel direct (spoke with sophia) and once I had provided proof of delivery they immediately sent me a new one out in the post - such great service

The service desk gentleman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he talked me through different problems I may have had then said that he would replace the alarms as they were faulty. No fuss and extremely polite it was the old fashioned helpfulness that's now lacking with most trader's.

My call about a fault with my smoke and CO alarm was answered quickly and dealt with efficiently by Carol. Within an hour, I was advised a replacement was being sent.
Excellent customer service.

Had an alarm that seemingly went wrong by going off randomly, initially followed their advice to clean/dust unit. Still issues and then sent proof of purchase following Sophia's advice/ New unit received in only 2-3 days and installed. Isn't it great when you can get someone on the phone who resolves first time.

Contacted them online and got a reply a couple of days later to say they will replace the faulty smoke alarm as it was within the 5 year warranty. Received the replacement today. Thanks Robbie for your help.

Great technical support and customer service. I have a heat alarm which is excellent and needed to swap. Alan and Sophia were great to talk too, very friendly, helpful and professional. I would always go back to this company. Thank you for all your help.
