I am delighted with my fixed headphones (Beats)!! Such a good service. I ordered a piece to fix them myself but couldn’t do it in the end, so posted them to Fixheadphones and they have come back as if they are brand new - to be honest, better than they were before. Thanks so much. Fab.

Headphone cushions were excellent. The new cooling gel cushions improved comfort and noise cancelling. They are a bit warm on the ears still, probably due to the seal and being a bit more snug than the old, worn out pads.

My headphones are as good as new, an absolutely first class service!
The headband on my Beats Solo Wireless 3 (Ultra Violet colour) had snapped and on doing research it seemed that this particular colour is very hard to come by online these days.
I found Fix Headphones and was very impressed with the services offered and the easy to navigate repairs section on the website and on sending a query as to whether they had the Ultra Violet band in stock, received a very speedy response that indeed they did.
I sent the headphones off (the whole process being very quick and simple) and received back my professionally repaired headphones within a lightning fast turnaround time; top notch repair, hard to believe that they were ever broken!

My experience with Fixheadphones.co.uk was great. I ordered a new pair of ear pads for my Skullcandy Crusher Evo headset as the leather was really flaking off the pads after 5 years of having them. The site provides a Youtube tutorial for replacing the pads yourself which was a lot easier to do than expected. I managed a straight swap with no extra tools needed, just a case of stretching the ear pad around the headset speaker using my own hands. Now I've replaced both ear pads and have a headset like new again. No complaints at all.

fantastic from start to finish from my initial enquiry to the return of my bose headphones in under 6 days for less than £35 dont know how they do it but glad they do just wish they made beer thanx very much so pleased i thought they were gonna go in the bin,,,,

Had Beats headphones repaired asked for left hand speaker to be replaced they replaced the right hand speaker instead now nothing works £80 for a dud job.

Quick delivery and the replacement headphone cushions are a very good match to the originals. I used two butter knives to remove the old cushions, and it was easy.

Quite disappointed, my 2nd time using Fixheadphones. The repair failed they did swiftly re-attempt, however the repair has failed again back to the original problem, still inside warranty period and naturally im being ignored by them. Shame really the first time i used them couldnt fault them everything right first time. This time its been a waste of £75.

In response to your reply here, I emailed the below address on the 26th August, 9th September and this morning. Ill re-forward the trail on..... again.

I had the headband hinges of my Beats Studio pro wireless headphones fixed, along with a replacement of the ear pads. I got a quote from Apple and FixHeadphones and this was significantly cheaper and easier to do. The process was smooth and easy, I sent the headphones off and they were fixed and returned in just over a week. They work perfectly and look brand new, the quality of the replacement ear pads are high. Super happy with my experience and would definitely recommend
