From not knowing where to obtain replacement ear pads for my Bose headphones of a long vintage to looking on Google and then dealing with Fixheadphones the experience has been positive and exemplary. Post them to the company and then to receive them back by post with new ear pads in a very quick time I am impressed by the service.

Replacement parts are very good and fit very well, fast delivery and good communication. They even emailed to check I was happy and to ask how the install of replacement parts went which I thought was very good service.

My wife is so pleased with her headphones after I installed a new battery from fixheadphones.co.uk, she even thinks the sound quality is better.

I researched how to install the battery online but had a questions over 2 very similar batteries, wondering which was right for her headphones.

I got a very quick response from the fixheadphones.co.uk team confirming which battery was the right one.

Fix Headphones Firm provided an excellent earphones replacement pads service for my Model: QC25 Bose Headphones for &20 plus £8 return postage via Royal Mail. I may highly reccomend their efficient service for a prompt and good repair provided.

So glad I found this company! It was this or buy new ones as the manufacturers repair quote was ridiculous! Great service, communication and so speedy. Would definitely recommend.

I’m extremely happy with this service. I sent my daughter’s headphones for repair , the service was very easy to use, we were kept informed throughout the process, the headphones were returned in very good time with the band replaced and looking like new.

The replacement cushions were described as black but are very clearly dark blue - they look ridiculous on my black headphones. Much firmer than official Bose cushions, less effective noise cancelling and the space for your ears is noticeably smaller. Uncomfortable after a few hours. 2 stars for delivering on time but not worth it for £25 when the Bose replacement is £29.

EDIT after company response 28/08/26: I bought under an exceptionally common shortening of 'Thomas' and am not looking to rectify anything - I've only left a review because I've had two emails from fixheadphones asking for one. It's a poor product that I will need to keep using until my Bose replacement arrives.

My Beats Studio pro had a broken headband and I was quoted £219 and a 2-3 week wait to fix them by the Apple Store. I sent my headphones to this service on a Monday and they were fully repaired and returned the following Saturday for less than a quarter of the price quoted to me by the official Apple service and the repair is completely seamless. Absolutely amazing service and would definitely recommend.

Headphones that had become particularly grubby have been restored to like new again thanks to the simple replacement of the ear covers. Something I didn’t think was possible until I discovered this company. Easy ordering & an easy to to follow video on how to do it. Not expensive either. Perfect result. I’m very happy with it all.
