So, to sum it up, deposits are a commitment to hold the seats for a limited time and you have to pay balance payment on the due date, and our policy allows you to preserve that commitment for later use – a concept almost as radical as respecting the agreements.
Now, let’s sprinkle in a bit of irony: We offered you the chance to use your deposit for a future booking but you refused But hey, if you ever change your mind about changing your mind, we’re here with open arms and a preserved deposit.

We have looked into the name shown on your trust pilot profile but unfortunately, it does not match our records.
Please note we always offer our clients to pay full payment at once and we issue ticket straightaway and also we offer partial payment plan booking and we can book your flight with deposit only but the price will be guaranteed for a limited time and we always inform our client about remaining balance due date via email and over the phone but in partial payment plan prices are not guaranteed due to fluctuation in taxes at a later stage .

Dodgy. Needs to be reported
This company is dodgy and should really be reported to Trading Standards. They employ fictitious means to lure you, such as really low ticket prices. Once you pay a £100 deposit, that ticket becomes unavailable. You end up paying more than the actual ticket price (from the regular search engines)..
I would never use them again. Their level of deceit is quite infuriating and should not be allowed.

A person claiming to be a manager…
A person claiming to be a manager phoned me up promising a refund, you don't need to guess, that has not happened, all they have done is reply (9/2/2025) in a sarky manner to my complaint, your choice if you will not be warned about these scammers, go ahead and risk your money, my bank is investigating the situation, hopefully the Police will also, I am not their only victim, but I will keep on writing reviews and phoning them until I get my refund, even if I takes years, scammers should be exposed.
Just seen a message from this shower OS. On 22 May 2025.
THEY KNOW MY DETAILS, they can contact me if they really want to refund me, they have not done so, so you can make your own conclusions about these scammers, there are plenty of honest companies online providing good service, try one of them instead of these morons, unless you like giving money to AHs, if you see a good review for this bunch of crooks, it is probably one they generated themselves.

Robin gave me a great customer service experience. He was extremely patient with me over the telephone and took his time in telling me the different options and deals within my budget. It's not easy juggling 3 customers trying o book the same flight but he managed our different needs very well. He gave detailed information about the trips and followed this up by email to make sure everything was correct. He was attentive to detail.
