I gave this 5 star for Robin. He helped me.when I booked the ticket with £70 dipposit and told to give a call after 3 days. After 3 days I called price went up. I asked for refund they said no refund they will lssue voucher valid for 3 years. But I said no. One of staff was laughing at me. And making funny sound. I was thought I been scam. I call citizen advice bureau. They were busy. And l called ticket center and I talked to Robin and he asked me everything is OK. I said no nothing been lssue. They asking for more money. Robin said he will lssue voucher for £80 valid for 3 years and I got my ticket.

Return ticket issue
I had an issue with the return tickets for my family but Zane managed to resolve the problem and booked us on another flight with the same dates though a bit more expensive but all in all good experience with the agents.

The fact that the reservation was…okay. And the customer service by Zane was very good.
The fact that the reservation was successful despite the initial bottlenecks concerning the price change and explanation, with the payment delay. But I did not like the way the price changed despite the initial schedule, but the schedule was changed to earlier preferred date. The mutual understanding paved the way for smooth payment. Zane did a wonderful job.

We have looked into the name shown on your trust pilot profile but unfortunately, it does not match our records.
Please note we always offer our clients to pay full payment at once and we issue ticket straightaway and also we offer partial payment plan booking and we can book your flight with deposit only but the price will be guaranteed for a limited time and we always inform our client about remaining balance due date via email and over the phone but in partial payment plan prices are not guaranteed due to fluctuation in taxes at a later stage .
