AVOID THEM - THIS COMPANY IS THE SAME AS TICKET LORDS

If I could give a "zero", I would. This company and their agents are scammers—please be warned! I booked flights through their website after finding them on Skyscanner. Once I entered my details and “booked,” I received a WhatsApp confirming, then a phone call saying those tickets were no longer available and quoting new ones for £50 more. I agreed, and the agent sent a link for a deposit payment. I paid with my credit card, expecting tickets to be issued right away, but was instead told the balance was due by 9am the next day. I called the following morning to pay the balance, only to be told someone would call me back. Hours later, after missed calls and long waits, I finally spoke with another agent—only to be quoted almost double the original price for the tickets. When I refused, they said there would be a cancellation fee. Based on my experience—and from what others have written—this is clearly a pattern for this company. I dealt with Abeera, Nancy, and tried to escalate to a manager, Yman, with no success. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. To make matters worse, I also have a £400 credit voucher from 2024 that I’ve never been able to use, so don’t be fooled by their “credits”—I haven’t been able to use mine in two years. Avoid this company!

After trawling through numerous travel websites and getting frustrated by changing prices and waiting for downloads, I finally decided to try an agent. And I got through to Sohrab who was friendly and patient and willing to try different combinations of flights for me. And he finally got to perfect one for me. I’ll remember that for next time!

I booked a flight at a specific price and paid a £320 deposit.Few days after taking my money, I called them to pay my remaining balance and get the E-ticket, but they claimed the flight was "suddenly no longer available. They were offering the other flights but that was higher than other flights tickets and obviously I want to book the flight that I agreed on.

The person that I booked the initial flight from was Shorab and I had double confirmed with him that I don't want the price or flight change later after I pay my deposit and he reassured me that it won't but today as I spoke to his colleague he keeps on saying that we offered that price on discounts ( which I was never told so) and the price of your flights on other websites are higher than ours so you chose us and refuse to give me my deposit back.
The Scam:
• They refused to honor the original price I paid for.
• They tried to force me into a much more expensive alternative.
• When I asked for a refund, they demanded a £200 "cancellation fee" just to give me my own money back.
They are essentially holding my deposit hostage. This is a dishonest business practice designed to trap travelers into paying inflated prices. Save yourself the headache and book directly with other airline. I will be reporting this to Action Fraud.

There doing well and they take time explaining every details so that u can understand.

My flights details were handled by Alisha Irtaza, I needed specific travel arrangements, which she dealt with patiently, I needed a flight that avoided a connection in London because of how busy the airport is, from my previous experience I found it hectic finding those trains etc, another city I wanted to avoid was Nairobi, our own capital city, too busy, but she got me a flight home to Mombasa after struggling for 2 days. That is why she deserves 5star, in my previous travel to Kenya was the first time she sorted me out hence a call asking for her assistance which after a hectic situation she helped.

Sales person Shourab was very friendly he has booked my journey smoothly, I am very satisfied with his service, I would definitely rebook with Shourab.

Great service from Baska Malik and the team. It was a shaky start for my booking to Jamaica to the point where I thought I might not be able to go. Thanks to everyone at Flightsantickets who made it possible in the end.

My initial experience was excellent - I found a reasonably priced flight, and the service I received from Sohrab was brilliant. When I went to pay for the flight it was no longer available and I was rather annoyed. Sohrab went out of his way to assist and turned a sour experience to a pleasant one. Not sure I would have used Flights and Tickets again if it wasn't for Sohrab

I wanted to say how much I appreciate how Zayn and Sohrab took care of the ticket issue. They were so kind and professional when I asked questions. There was a little mistake, but Zayn fixed it quickly later that evening, working on behalf of his colleague as a team. Teamwork was experienced at a very high level. Their help and support really put my mind at ease. Thank you both; you are a great team.

just want to add to my previous review make sure you record any calls you make or receive as this company do not use this service and will deny what they have said - i recorded the call i had with the manager on saturday and the calls i had with the girl i booked when she advised the flight had never been booked and i am only glad i did as this can now be given as the evidence to the bank along with all the emails i have received from them- including the one were it shows they offered a full refund - just hope people who have had the same experience read this as it may help to get their money back and anyone who is thinking of using them do not bother book with a reputable company who you know are honest and respect their customers

I am very happy and please with the quick response and best ticket prices from this flight Agency. The Agent Sohrab was indeed went above and and beyond to assist me. I am trully impressed with his professionalism and can do attitude in getting me the best price and other assistance. He is very knowledgeable and understand his customers well.

My experience with this service was stressful and frustrating. I often received misleading information, which made it difficult to trust the guidance I was given. I do not feel that the communication was transparent or genuine, and I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
