This is my second review for this company. This company is completely scamming people who are looking for cheap flights. First, I booked my flight and paid the deposit. I received an email confirmation stating my flight details and deposit (£70) including the deadline when to pay the remaining balance. When I called them to pay, the agent said the flight was already full and that the seat wasn't secured. How could that be when I have paid the deposit? He offered me another flight which I said I'm not taking the airline he was offering as I dont feel safe with it. Continued to offer me different airlines but operated by the same country which I declined and said I want a refund. Due to my bad experience I wrote a negative review on Trust pilot. They kept contacting me offering a refund of the deposit (£70) I paid. They sent an email stating they will the deposit I paid saying:

We have received following notification regarding your refund request.

Kindly find details as below and reply back with ‘Go Ahead’



Total Paid Amount:- 70 GBP

Refund Into Card:- 7.0 GBP

They also sent me an email that the refund is on its way, they asked me to take my negative review but I said I want to see my refund first. I didn't notice the decimal point between 7 and 0. So this is my second review for dealing with this company. To my surprise, the money came to my account but it was only for £7.0 only instead of £70.

This company is not dealing honestly with their customer. I will follow the what the other customer did who also wrote a negative review early this month. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I had a disappointing experience with this travel company. Full payment was not completed and tickets were never issued, yet I was later informed that a cancellation fee would still apply. When I queried this, communication became formal and unhelpful, and I did not feel the situation was handled fairly or transparently. I would strongly advise others to carefully review all terms and ensure ticket issuance and payment status are clearly confirmed before proceeding.

I have booked today with tickets Lord, eventhough there was a difficulty and some delays in the booking and change of price due to Hot period, Haider Shah was very helpful and provide excellent Customer service that absorbed all the frustration

Searched for flights to HK for Jan next year and they initially offered return flights for £456.12, they took an initial deposit of £80 (no option to pay it all in one go - I should have seen that as a red flag) after which they were supposed to call me back for the balance. I phoned them after about 20 mins as I wanted to get it all sorted but was told the girl I was dealing with had finished for the day and to call back in the morning as she'd need to finish the booking. I did that, spoke to the girl who said, yes, I'll get the tickets created for you and will call back once done. 15 mins later, someone else called me to complete the booking and take the balance, but 'unfortunately, the airline no longer has tickets for that date and time and the price is now £750 if you can go a day earlier/later!'.
I told them this is dishonest and unacceptable and I'd like my deposit back - of course they want £50 as an admin fee so I'd only get £30. I didn't want to give them any more money so said to cancel it. I next get an email saying they'll refund £9 to my card and give me £71 voucher/credit for use at any time. There's no way, I'll ever go back to these cowboys so insisted on the £30 (which of course will take 7-10 days!).
Be warned, they also operate under the name of TicketLords. One to avoid.

I advise against using Flights & Tickets (Ticket Lords Ltd).

I paid an £80 deposit for a specific Turkish Airlines itinerary that was quoted to me at £408. The deposit was taken on the basis that the seats were reserved.

After payment, I was later informed that the quoted flight segments were not available and that the ticket could not be issued. I was contacted by an agent named Zayn, who repeatedly pressured me to accept alternative flights that were more expensive and, in some cases, operated by inferior airlines compared to the one originally agreed.

I made it clear that I did not agree to pay more or downgrade airlines, as the deposit was paid specifically for the Turkish Airlines flight that was quoted.

Despite the fact that no ticket was ever issued, no airline PNR was provided, and the agreed itinerary could not be fulfilled, I was told that a full refund of my deposit would not be given. Instead, I was offered a partial cash refund with the remainder forced into a travel voucher, citing their terms and conditions.

Update: Only after leaving them a bad review and threatening to initiate a chargeback with my bank they finally decided to give me the refund. This was a very stressful and unnecessary process and Zane kept calling me, trying to give alternative flights even after my expressed interest in a refund. This shows they had the capabilities of giving the refund, but they just wanted to make my life harder. They then offered the refund if I removed the review but I said no, this is my accurate review of my experience but I will update that we resolved the situation. I was confident that my chargeback would be successful, and they knew that too. They kept saying its against their terms and conditions to offer full refund but they have not fullfilled their service and they should amend their terms to properly reflect that to not pressure other users the same way. I had 15 calls back and forth with them to arrange this refund.

This experience has caused unnecessary stress and financial disadvantage, as flight prices increased while this situation dragged on.

I would urge anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious with deposit-based bookings.

Unreliable untrustworthy and definitely professional scammers. The UK government will need to have a closer look at those scammers. The complaint email address is fake. I will report them to the crime UK and Citizen Advise is looking into them already. Like many others I got a quote for a flight ticket and when it was time to pay the balance they came with silly excuses that the seat I reserved and paid a deposit isn't available anymore. I was told to pay the deposit to reserve the seat and the came back with excuses all the way until they eventually give me another quote which was over 200 pounds extra. I asked for a refund and they want to steal 50 pounds out of the deposit on top of that. They are professional scammers beware. Good reviews on trustpilot are fake and posted by them only. STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS

They offered me a ticket for £464.10 and began the booking process, taking £100 as a deposit. Later, they told me the airline was “revalidating bookings” and demanded £780. Since cheaper options were available on Skyscanner, I chose to cancel. They then claimed I wasn’t entitled to a refund and, after a long dispute, issued a restricted voucher.

I tried using the voucher with other agents, but it didn’t work. When I called back, they came up with a new story, saying the airline had offered a £150 goodwill gesture. I ultimately paid £806 in total.

Over a month has passed and I still haven’t received the £150 voucher. Despite multiple calls and emails, they either ignore me or give inconsistent explanations. I have evidence of all communications and am seeking help to take legal action. Be cautious—don’t let them scam you.
