Be very careful – follow up persistently
I paid a £100 deposit with Flights and Tickets (ATOL 12110). I eventually received my refund, but the process was stressful and slow, and others may not be so lucky without persistence.
Important things to know:
Their terms and conditions say they may charge up to half your payment and they do not accept vouchers.
Communication can be slow, so always keep receipts, booking details, and emails.
If you have issues, report it to Action Fraud and the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) — your deposit is protected under ATOL.
I strongly advise anyone booking with them to follow up regularly and be careful. It can be very stressful to get your money back if there are delays.

We have looked into your case and you booked your flight on partial payment plan you failed to pay balance on time and therefore your booking has been cancelled and we offered you alternative available cheaper options and we also offered you full refund in the form of EMD Voucher but you refused and later on as a good will gesture we processed your full refund .
deposits are a commitment to hold the seats for a limited time and you have to pay balance payment on the due date, and our policy allows you to preserve that commitment for later use – a concept almost as radical as respecting the agreements.

I have been in touch with Mustafa Kareem last year and I had no hesitation in contacting him again about arrangements for a flight passage of my choosing.
Mustafa was meticulous in looking for another flight route following the unavailability of my preferred route, and gone over the schedule for correction and reassurance.
Mustafa then advised me about the costs and asked me if the flight schedule was what I have asked for.
Once again, I'm going to give Mustafa another high mark for his good customer service skills and attention for detail. The expected outcome was achieved in full

I wish I had read the reviews earlier and believed my gut feeling. I trusted this company in booking flights for my family. Adam who dealt with my request, kept asking for a deposit of £300 to secure the seats and I asked why I can't pay in full he made excuses that the ticketing department are closed for the day etc and I can pay the deposit now and the next day I can pay the remaining balance and my tickets will be issued. I also told him that i was worried that he will make me pay a deposit and then later say the price/flight has changed I was very hesitant to pay the deposit however finally gave in after being reassured by Adam that the company is not like that and they won't do that. I made the payment and it was agreed i will pay the remaining balance the next day and my tickets will be issued. Next morning I get a call from Adam saying he's transfrring me to a woman called Nida (ARYA) from the ticketing department, she says prices have changed and now i will have to pay and extra £200 - £300 to get the same flights and offers me other flights that have ridiculously long stopovers which was not suitable as I would be travelling with my two young children. Nida was also rude at times, she kept offering more expensive flights when we tried to explain to her we don't want to pay anything extra and on top of that she's yelling at us when it's clearly thier fault. Imagine the stress of trying to sort this out. They won't refund my deposit either and say if i did want a refund they will deduct a cancellation fee of £200. Cancellation fee for what??? A flight that was never booked! Adam did not mention any of this at all when I expressed my concerns before paying the deposit. I wish I listened to myself and did not trust them. Past week I have been trying to resolve this with them but they keep go round and round in circles. They finally issued tickets and we had to pay £220 extra and they also said they will issue a £300 voucher to use on next booking. I only agreed to continue with the booking because they promised a vpucher of £300 to use on the next booking. Even the voucher i had to keep calling them to receive it! After i finally received it it now states per passenger i can only use £50pp minimum spend of transaction £1000 and they did not even mention any of this beforehand, so I can't even use the voucher in full ( i wanted to book a further 2 tickets and use the voucher towards that) The whole process has been ridiculous EVERYTHING they say or state in their emails has a hidden agenda, save yourself some time and peace and book elsewhere. I have verything to prove what was agreed right from the beginning until the end. From what price we reserved and paid the deposit with and then how they changed thier words and trying to take extra money from us, i have all the proof via emails and voice notes. I just want to be able to use the full £300 voucher for my next booking! After all this they can surely keep to their words?!

Made a payment with reservation of £80 for booking a flight but the next day said that the booking was not available and the payment is not refundable. This is some sort of a scam. Please avoid.
