After agreeing a flight price and…
After agreeing a flight price and paying a deposit when I came to pay balance the fair prices had gone up by over £300 I asked to have my deposit back and was told no I could have a voucher. I insisted and she got quite verbal which I will not tolerate do now I’m going through my bank

The deposit you paid was used to hold the fare until the agreed payment deadline. When the balance was not completed in time, the airline automatically cancelled the reservation and the fare increased — this is controlled by the airline, not our staff.
As per our Terms & Conditions, you may use your full deposit as a credit voucher for any future booking without losing any money.
If a customer insists on a cash refund instead of a voucher, then cancellation charges apply as stated in the policy agreed before payment.

The service I received from Kabir Shah was impeccable. Such a genuine and very knowledgeable man. Very helpful and always contacted me when he said he would.

Please Don't Use Flightsandtickets
Please do not use Flightsandtickets people, I dont want anyone to be coned as they did to me. They advertise tickets for low price, asked to pay deposit, saying you will pay the rest the next day wehe the ticket is issued. Then they will say the flight is cancelled, they will also asked you more money for you to get another ticket!!
People dont use these agencies please. Its better to pay a little bit more direct to the airline themselves and be assured than to gamble with these agencies. Or use booking. Com, but definitely not flightsandtickets! Please please they are not neguine.

Just to clarify for others reading — this booking was made on a partial payment plan, and only the deposit was paid. As per our Terms & Conditions, airline fares are not guaranteed until full payment is made. Unfortunately, the remaining balance was not paid by the due date, and by the time the customer contacted us, the original fare was no longer available from the airline.
We offered two fair options:
Proceed with the new available fare, or
Receive a refund / full-value travel voucher so nothing was lost.
We always act transparently and never cancel or increase prices without reason — fare changes are controlled by the airlines, not us.
We remain happy to assist the customer with the refund or voucher at any time.

SCAMMERS
Tried to purchase 2 tickets to Cairo and were told price per ticket is £203.67. Had to pay a deposit of £120 and pay the remainder on Monday. Called on Monday and qas informed that the price per ticket is £485.67 per ticket now which was more than double the original price, and when told that I have a confirmation email with prices in it. The response was the price has gone up now. Have reported them to office of Fair Trading as well.

For clarity — this booking was made on a partial payment plan with only a deposit paid. As clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions and booking confirmation, airline fares are not guaranteed until the full balance is paid, as airlines can change prices dynamically at any time.
We reminded you of the balance due date via email and phone, but since payment was not made on time, the original fare was no longer available from the airline. We then offered:
The option to proceed at the updated fare set by the airline, or
A full EMD voucher refund of your deposit, which you can use for any future booking.
We understand fare changes can be frustrating, but they are controlled by airlines — not travel agents. We remain happy to assist you in using your voucher whenever you’re ready.

If you are fortunate enough to see my review before making any payment, then congratulations. Do not be deceived by the responses they post under negative reviews, as those are only strategies to mislead people. Ticket Lord is a scam operation, and they are closely linked with another company they created called Flight and Ticket. Both companies cannot be trusted. They are fraudsters and these businesses exist for fraudulent purposes only.
Do not believe any of their replies to reviews. All negative reviews are genuine, and all positive reviews are fabricated. This company is dangerous and should be avoided. Do not click on or follow any link they provide for making payments. They are a complete scam.

For clarity to other readers:
Yes Flights and tickets is trading website of Ticket Lords LTD and we are ATOL accredited member and operating since 2016 - You booked multiple flight tickets with us and later requested to cancel voluntarily, even though the flights were still confirmed.
As per the Terms & Conditions agreed at the time of booking, airline cancellation fees apply to voluntary cancellations.
You authorised the cancellation in writing, fully aware of the applicable fees.
We have already processed and issued the agreed refund after deducting the standard airline charges.
Since then, you have ignored our follow-up calls and emails offering assistance — instead posting multiple repeated negative reviews across different platforms.
We always welcome feedback, but calling our company a “scam” after receiving your refund is misleading and unfair — especially when we have complied with every step of our contractual obligation.
We remain open to resolving any outstanding concerns directly with you, should you choose to communicate with us.

Avoid them they’re scammers they took my deposit money and refused to give it back ,and wouldn’t answer my phone. After a day they said the ticket price has gone up and asked me to send the money to an account not to thru the website, when I told them this is suspicious they said oh you can get 10 pounds back . When I demanded to speak to the manager I was told by A that no one is higher than her and when I told her you’re a lair and just take money from hard working people and that what the negative reviews said was right she said oh the manager is not available now . All of the sudden the manager is there but not available yet no one is higher than her . I’ve already reported them everywhere , I guess the collect the deposit money and keep it am sure am not the only one . Avoid them they’re scammers, they go by fake names when am 100 sure it’s not their name like , THEY ALL USE FAKE NAMES BE ASAKE
