Flood Assist are a pleasure to deal with. Where almost every other insurer would not include flood cover on our buildings insurance they came up trumps and at a very reasonable premium.

Flood Assist has yet again found us affordable, good value house and contents insurance, reflecting the fact that we are in a Thames River flood zone - although have never been flooded. Great people to deal with.

have stayed with flood assist for a second year, as their quote was so detailed and comprehensive and they price matched against a slightly cheaper quote I got, but where I could not be sure of the details on cover for communal areas. Grateful that they were able to provide insurance in the first year post-flood and still very competitive and great customer service
