From my first contact with Flood Assist I felt like I was dealing with a company that cared about my needs and was willing to do everything needed to help. My first contact was with Eddie and again it was great that the same contact has been able to follow my enquiry through to completion - certainly not something I have had with other companies I have dealt with where you speak to a different person every time! In the end Eddie and Flood Assist were able to secure a competitive quote and I feel extremely confident they will do everything to help if I need further assistance. Flood Assist are amazing! I really struggled to find buildings insurance with flood cover and even though I have never had a problem with flooding, I was turned down by numerous insurers (and also struggled with subsidence cover due to a historic claim). Flood Assist (Helen) came to my rescue and sorted me out and were so kind when I was giving up hope! Highly recommended.
