Second order and both handled really professionally by the team. I had to speak to them a few times they were really helpful and prompt with responses, I.e they called back with information when they said they would. Very happy with service provided.

Very pleased with our purchase, but still yet to install the click and lock tiles. 30 year warranty for residential use and 10 year warranty on commercial use. 100% waterproof. Built in underlay. What more do you need. Purchased 17 sq metres. Looking forward to seeing them down. Ordering and delivery excellent. Even got a telephone call to confirm 2 week delivery date. Many Thanks Floor Save.

From Order to Delivery
We started off with samples from Floorsave, they arrive within a couple of days fully and professionally marked. A lot of other companies send out samples with no name on so you have to check what you ordered. We decided and placed our order for 12 packets 17 sq metres. The same day our delivery date was confirmed and they were delivered 2 weeks later strapped to a palette. Most helpful delivery driver as well. When unpacked every board was perfect. 100% waterproof. 30 year limited warranty residential, 10 year limited warranty Commercial. Thank you Floorsave. Will let you know when fitted.

Quick and Simple.
Only thing I would expect you to update is payment system and order confirmation.
Once the payment is done online there is no immediate confirmation from Floorsave, had to call them to reconfirm.Hope this gets sorted.
