The WORST company ever! Do not buy flowers from here!!!
I ordered my mother in law flowers 6 weeks in advance to the date - plenty of time or so I’d thought! When the day came she hadn’t received any flowers! I contacted the company who said sorry there is a delay we can get them
Sent Monday - 2 days after I had asked for them to be delivered. I didn’t see this email until Monday as I ended up giving birth. My mother in law was coming over to England on the Friday so I said there’s no point in sending the flowers on Tuesday as she would have 4 days to enjoy them please put me in touch with a manager… I had to ask on 3 occasions for a manager to finally email me only for them to be blase and say “we refunded you” “it was dpds fault” we claimed the money back from them - well great for the company but shocking customer service!! So my MIL got no flowers for Mother’s Day in the end and I got a half arsed reply. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely fantastic service and exemplary communication - I accidentally managed to auto-fill the shipping address, so the flowers would have been delivered to me rather than my friend for her birthday. I quickly got an email from the company to check shipping address, and everything was rectified promptly and flowers, chocolates and birthday message were delivered within hours of my order! My friend really loved the flowers. Really brilliantly handled by the team, I highly recommend!

Not only that, the bouquets are the most cheerful gift to send/receive. They are like a hug of joy.

They couldn’t have been more helpful. I ordered a bunch a few weeks ago and had the wrong postcode and they still delivered them again the next day, no questions asked. I also booked a bouquet for Mother’s Day but the recipient had received lots of bunches so I asked to delay my order and it was no problem. So fantastic to deal with.

My husband ordered thank you flowers for someone and ordered the extra large bouquet which was quite a bit more expensive. When the person sent us a picture to say thanks we were shocked to see that Flowers Direct had actually sent out a petite bouquet instead. There was also no sign of the card we had purchased.

My husband got in touch with customer service about it sending them the photo of the flowers and a screenshot of the extra large bouquet from their website which were drastically different. They sent back an email asking for additional top down photos of the bouquet which is ridiculous and in my opinion unnecessary as the photos already show the mistake. We're hoping for a refund of the difference in cost but it seems we shouldn't hold our breath.

Appalling customer service from someone who described himself as the Customer Service Manager. He actually laughed at me when I told him his manner was unhelpful. No one above him to complain to either! I have ordered before and this is how they treat returning customers!

Ordered two sets of flowers late the night before selected delivery and both sets arrived on time and customer service were more than helpful and friendly. Both sets of flowers were amazing! Thank you.

Delivered on time (ordered from the UK to Ireland). Slightly underwhelmed by arrangement (they were lovely, but not quite as per photo) but found their customer service department extremely good.

Apart from the flowers arriving on time, they were beautifully presented. A gift for my daughter.
I was also contacted by the company, which was a nice personal touch, as I had omitted my telephone number in my haste.

Ordered flowers from Bali for my daughter in Kildare and was so so happy with the constant communication from Alyssa.Considering the time difference she always got back to me..And not to mention when the flowers did arrive they were stunning.Definitely recommend and will order again..Thankyou Alyssa

Customer service was fantastic. The calendar date jumped by a week & I didn’t notice. Tip: Double check date.
Staff were fantastic & sent out the flowers straight away.
The arrangement of roses & stargazer lilies were fresh & beautiful.

Fast great service

Order the valentine 9 roses Hatbox from flowersdirect.ie looked lovely on the site. But to say I was a little underwhelmed by what arrived would be an understatement. The bouquet was very small compared to the site pictures. Not nearly as many flowers, definitely not value for money and two of the roses heads were snapped off.
Follow up 15/02/2025 Flowersdirect have been in touch and have tried to make amends and apologised for the damaged order and also provided a generous voucher. Which I was very happy with. Everyone deserves a second chance. Hopefully the next order will make all ok
