Avoid booking through Freedome
Avoid booking through Freedome! I booked a horseback riding activity in Cagliari that was explicitly advertised as English-guided. When I arrived, the guide spoke zero English, creating a dangerous communication barrier. Within 5 minutes of mounting the horse, I suffered a severe leg injury and major bruising due to a total lack of safety instructions.When I contacted Freedome support, they completely evaded responsibility. The agent rudely blamed me for wearing shorts, even though their website states long pants are only "recommended," not mandatory. The guide saw my clothes and said nothing before letting me mount.They refused a refund, forcing me to open a formal chargeback dispute through my bank and report them to consumer authorities. Complete lack of safety standards and zero duty of care. Tourists beware!

We believe there has been a case of mistaken identity. Freedom Brokers specialise solely in car and van insurance, and we do not offer or arrange travel activities, excursions, or horseback riding experiences.
The service you are referring to appears to be provided by a different company (likely Freedom, a travel experience provider), and unfortunately this is not connected to our business.
We would kindly recommend directing your feedback to the correct provider so they can investigate your concerns properly and remove this review.
