Great Service!

Spoke with William on the phone who was a huge help! He processed my order really quickly and was super friendly! I had looked through a few t-shirt printing websites and this was one of the easiest ones to use with competitive prices + fast delivery available!

Great team to deal with! GREAT PRODUCTS

Great team to deal with. Quick to respond and help where possible. Even sent me and extra shirt as I choose to wait for a item nit in stock. They even offered a higher cost shirt at no extra charge because the one I picked was out of st9ck for a week.
Great service. Fast response
So far have had items printed .. quality was great they even fixed up my logo to be clearer.

Excellent Quality prints and support.

The quality of the prints are excellent!
I had one issue with a hoodie print I ordered and it was replaced without a problem.

I will be using GPA for all my prints moving forward.

Fake local printing company, appalling service

Don't use this company - they're TERRIBLE. It's just a fancy website made to look like a trustworthy local business, BUT in fact it is run by one guy who outsources all of the work and printing to colleagues overseas in India.

The service is absolutely horrible - it takes days before you get an email response, if ever - and when you do it's very rude, blunt and the bare minimum - they don't offer any solutions when issues arise.

If you're after cheap and cheerful with no service and no guarantee of when or what you'll get - maybe this is for you.

If you're after good business where you can speak to a local person and trust in their expertise, and get a product that is of good quality - then DO NOT go with this company.

I read some terrible reviews of Garment…

I read some terrible reviews of Garment Printing but thought they would do better. They sounded friendly and wanted to please.
Believe me the experience with Garment Printing was worse than terrible
I paid the money by credit card They printed the image in the wrong place They admitted this on numerous occasions When I told them they said they would fix it. And reprint. Don’t worry they said I have spend hours dealing with W and A They deceived and lied again and again ( claiming meeting with Directors to discuss this issue , it’s been fixed don’t worry we will reprint tomorrow etc etc )!and now they advise me 3 days before the T shirts were needed they want me to pay 50%! More to reprint THEIR MISTAKE That they have admitted
Possibly the worst retail experience I have ever encountered All this for 4 shirts. I can’t believe it Imagine if I had paid for Hundreds of T shirts
If my experience and the experience of so many others is indicative of this organisation ….,,,, you can fill in the last words if this review

To clarify, the placement adjustment occurred because our mockups were created based on Industry standard sizes, and when the garment sizes were increased, the artwork was scaled accordingly. We acknowledge that this did not meet your expectations, and we regret any inconvenience caused.

While this was not an error, we still aimed to provide a fair resolution by offering to cover 50% of the costs to reprint your order exactly as per your instructions. This offer was made with the intention of helping you achieve the outcome you were looking for.
We truly appreciate your patience and are always here to help our customers achieve the best possible results. Should you wish to continue with the reprint or discuss other options, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Incredibly disappointing

Incredibly disappointing. Initially it was a great experience. The ordering was relatively easy - although not super quick. On receipt of the shirts I was very happy. The logo was great. However, after a few washes the logo literally peels off. I contacted customer support and after several days received the following response: ‘ Please note that according to our policies, we take responsibility for the garments before they are washed. As the issue you've described occurred after several washes, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate a resolution.’ This greatly perplexed me. It’s a little like selling someone a car that cannot be driven and does not function as a car. What is the point? You are selling corporate wear and work wear that cannot function as such.

As per usual this is a case of buyer beware. There is absolutely nothing else out there to protect consumers these days. Not unless the company you are buying from acknowledges their responsibilities under the Consumer Act. Rather than waste your money and time here - buy off a reputable company. That is of course unless you want to buy printed corporate and work wear that you cannot actually ‘wear’ because you can’t wash it!

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the survival of the prints if the recommended washing methods are not strictly followed, as washing practices can vary significantly between customers. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEM!!!!!!! Warning you now.

They printed my t shirts incorrectly have emailed them multiple times to get an answer to solve the issue no response then try message them on live chat and they keep closing my chat or say I will transfer you to someone and still nothing it has now been 4 weeks and nothing sorted do not waste your money I have lost $100 for what

Yet another person to be burnt by Garment Printing. I wish I'd read these reviews first!!!
Ordered hoodies for my workplace. Hoodies arrive with the arm logo printed in tiny lettering across the sleeve, the proof clearly shows the lettering running in large letters DOWN the sleeve. 2 1/2 months of me having to email them on a weekly basis to even get a response. When they do respond, just denying that they misprinted anything and accusing me of being untruthful (despite me sending them the screenshots I had taken of the proof at the time of ordering). Garment Printing wanted to charge me even more money to alter the hoodie lettering, and when I requested they simply remove the incorrect lettering and post them back they ignored me. Today I received a random parcel at work, which was the hoodies I had ordered in February - guess what? They had not removed the lettering! So now my team have been without part of their uniform for 2+ months, and Garment Printing have done nothing to correct their error. Beyond disappointed, please do not use their services! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely hopeless to deal with. Do not deliver on time, incomplete order and full of pathetic excuses. Seriously avoid. The worst Printing experience ever.

Shocker beware

Shocker. Order hoodies, order deliver missing a good chunk of the merchandise. Managed to get one person in the phone once - was going to call back but didn't. Online chat & emails unanswered.

Forced to do a credit card chargeback as only course of action.

Terrible product & service

Terrible product & service! I received my jumpers & caps & the logos weren't centered & were crocked. Returned the products to them to be re-done & I am still waiting for them over a month later! Their communication is extremely poor & they couldn't care less that I have been inconvenienced. I will never deal with them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bad customer service. Incorrect order.

I ordered 23 Hoodies for a racing community I run and was told the order would be to me in 3 weeks and ended up taking 4 weeks. This wasn't a massive issue as I still got them before the event I needed to take them to. Unfortunately I only received 18 of the 23 hoodies and 1 which was incorrectly sized. I was very happy with the print quality but was very unhappy with not receiving all my items. After contacting them straight away I was assured they are aware of the issue and are sending the 6 hoodies that day express to me. I waited another 2 weeks before getting a tracking number for the "hoodies that have been sent" and when finally receiving the delivery I was shocked to only find 3 Hoodies in there! I am STILL waiting for the final 3 hoodies which I have been told multiple times are "on there way" but still no tracking number. This has now been 7 weeks and i am very unsatisfied. Find another company to buy your merch from as this has been a terrible experience.
