Great staff that were very helpful. Our move was long and complicated and we never felt like we weren't wanted at the development. Jamie was always helpful and positive and we are so happy in our new home.

Alyson is a real asset to Gleeson at The View at Moorland Green.

This is our first time purchasing a new-build home off-plan, so we were naturally a little unsure of what to expect. From the very start of our journey, Alyson has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and she has guided us through each stage of the process clearly and in detail.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Having Alyson’s support whenever needed has really helped to ease some of the stress and worry that can come with moving home.

We've just reserved a Gleeson plot as first time buyers, but the wonderful staff at Gleeson Stoneyford Green made us forget this is our first time. Tina has been exceptionally helpful and kind, and we look forward to continuing forward.

We've just reserved a property with Gleeson, and so far the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Tina has been super friendly and professional, and she has a lot of amazing knowledge and advice to share. I'm feeling very positive about our journey with Gleeson to come :). Also, a well deserved mention to Chris from the mortgage team for his solid advice and support on that side of things. Again, super friendly and professional individual, installing confidence in our journey ahead.

I have bought this house and is my first home by myself. The journey is long as i bought before it was built but was so worth the wait!

All though i am living alone, i feel so safe, loved and excited as im living in a beautiful estate with the lovely peter down the road in his sales office.

Peter has a heart of gold and will go above and beyond for you. Another lovely person on this site is Dave, he is an excellent builder and once again puts you as a customer first.

I could not thank the both of them enough for all they have done and continue to do for me. They are great assets to this company!

From the very first visit where we just popped in to Rivers Walk, out of curiosity, we have been treated beautifully by Gleeson. We were not seriously looking for a new build. We were met by Peter, his knowledge and depth of care as to what we wanted, was amazing. He sent us to have a look at the Dalkey at Bear Park, as he thought that was absolutely the house we were looking for. He was totally right. He had rang ahead and Alison took the same care of us. She welcomed us with the same friendly manner. (Even when we were probably becoming pests going all the time while we waited for ours to be built. Until Peter had his Dalkey showhome built at Ousterley. We then kept going there, and Peter made sure we felt welcomed, wanting our opinions on his Dalkey and making sure we were still happy with ours).
We had gone back to Rivers Walk and were met by Steph. Steph was warm, very welcoming and immediately put us at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, it felt like minutes and she helped us pick the perfect plot. We then went back to pick our interiors and extras, and Stephs patience actually knows no bounds. Every question was answered, every plan was shown to us and explained, she checked we understood at every stage. As we changed our mind at nearly every turn, we were made to feel very comfortable and it was incredibly important to Steph that we felt that.
Every panic every nuts question, Steph reasurred us that we have to have what we would like. For a little while Lynda looked after us, and she rang us every week with updates and we looked forward to talking to her, as she too was lovelly to us.
We met Ben on our meet the builder tour, he too was incredibly lovely, welcoming and knowledgable, he made sure we understood at what stage the house was at and how everything in it worked. We then met Liam, and we could tell how incredibly important it was to him that were happy with absolutely everything in the house. Any issues that there were in the whole house Liam and Ben already knew about them, informed us about them and when they would be fixed (hours or days later). On moving day, Steph, Liam and Ben, were literally as excited as we were. Every tiny snag, Ben and Liam fix immediately, nothing is ever too much trouble for them, all the workmen are very friendly and respectful.
We cannot recommend Gleeson enough, we love our new home very much and actually adore everyone we have met at Gleeson, and are very grateful to them.

We have just completed on a Gleeson at Rainsborough Park, we’ve had a really positive experience with Salesperson Jess and Site Manager Neil.

Jess was extremely friendly and helpful from day one, and make the house buying journey a lot easier than It could’ve been, I always felt comfortable giving her a call if I had any questions!

On our home demo, site manager Neil said to us that even after completion to not hesitate to contact him should we have any issues, which is really reassuring for me and my partner.

The only negative aspect of our experience was that, on more than one occasion, our solicitor was informed by Gleeson’s solicitor that we had agreed to matters which we had not. One example being that we agreed to sign a waiver to quash the 10 day notice period for completion, which we hadn’t. However, I would like to emphasise that this was in no way a reflection on the Sales team, who were always helpful and professional throughout the process.

We’re so excited to move into our new home, I highly recommend Rainsborough Park if you’re looking for a new build, thanks again to Jess and Neil!

Buying our first home with Gleeson Homes has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences imaginable. What should have been an exciting milestone has instead been a constant battle from the moment we reserved our plot.

One of our main requirements was a south-facing garden. We made this very clear from the outset and were shown plots before choosing our home. However, after moving in, we discovered that the garden was actually north-facing. This was a key factor in our purchasing decision, and we feel completely misled.

The problems did not stop there. The overall quality of the house has been shockingly poor, with plaster falling off walls, chipped brickwork, wonky fencing, damaged kitchen worktops, and numerous other defects. We have spent countless hours reporting issues, chasing updates, and taking time off work to allow access for repairs. As soon as one issue is fixed, another seems to appear.

The handling of our garden was particularly unacceptable. A significant portion of the garden we believed we were purchasing was removed without our knowledge, and this was not properly disclosed until we were close to moving in. This nearly caused us to lose our mortgage and left us in an incredibly stressful position. We then had to fight relentlessly to get what we had originally agreed to buy.

Even after that, the garden became an ongoing nightmare. It has had to be redone three separate times because it was not prepared correctly. Instead of proper topsoil, hardcore was used, and turf was laid on top of stones and concrete. Unsurprisingly, the grass repeatedly died. No homeowner should have to go through this, especially in a brand-new property.

The most frustrating part is that the experience started so positively. The sales team appeared attentive and gave us confidence that they understood our requirements. Looking back, it is clear that what was promised and what was delivered were two very different things.
We expected a quality new-build home and a straightforward buying experience. Instead, we have been left dealing with poor workmanship, misleading information, endless repairs, and unnecessary stress. Buying your first home should be exciting, not a constant struggle.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Gleeson Homes to do their research very carefully. Based on our experience, I would not recommend them to friends, family, or any prospective buyer. If you do buy a home from Gleeson I really do hope your experience is better than ours.

From the first visit to Bracken Park site in Louth,everything has run smoothly, and then updated weekly by Stella the Sales executive we were dealing with over the phone.
Very happy with the build quality. A few snags but nothing thats not expected.
Overall the house buying experience has been excellent.

Working with Gleeson Homes at Danum Glade has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the foundation of our new home right through to completion, everything was handled professionally and with great care.

Glesson home is overwhelmingly obsessed with pleasing their customers, since the start of purchasing of our home there is a lady called Abby who is the sales lady from Workington , she is one of the most kind hearted person we have met ,because she helped us through the mortgage process.I would recommend Gleeson homes for their obsession of pleasing their clients through their kind hearted staff like Abby.
