From the moment we entered the sales office until today when we got our keys to our new Gleeson home, Liam the Sales person has been fabulous. Down to earth, straight talking, efficient, hard working. He kept us up to speed at every moment through the sales process. Liam is a credit to Gleeson homes. Five stars!

The staff at Gleeson Homes made the whole process of moving closer to our daughter very easy for us. The interaction with Dan, the Sales Manager, and Steph and Linda, the Sales Executives ensured that we received the best service that we could possible ask for. After moving in to our new house Liam, the Site Manager, and Ben his deputy have always been available for any assistance that has been needed. It has been a very happy move and made easier by the friendly helpful team here on site.

We’ve just reserved our new home with Gleeson at The Paddock and couldn’t be happier with how everything’s gone so far. Adrian at the sales office has been brilliant. He’s really friendly, easy to talk to, and has made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
He gave us a really clear and thorough rundown of our plot and the development, which helped us feel confident we were making the right choice as first time buyers. He’s also been great at keeping in touch and updating us regularly, which we’ve really appreciated.
Any questions we’ve had, he’s answered quickly and clearly—nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far and we’d definitely recommend Gleeson Homes!

Moving house is stressful! I can honestly say this time Gleeson Castledene team have been wonderful to ensure my daughter Danielle has been well looked after from start to moving date (Friday coming eek!)

Alyson who was in the sales office was always on the end of the phone or email whenever we needed. Sorted out all our queries and concerns without fuss. We could not have asked for more.

Moving to the site. Keaton has been fantastic in the home demo and keeping us informed, thank you! You are worth your weight in gold. I know when Danielle moves in she will be well looked after 🙏.

I have had an excellent experience with Karen Woolley at Mynster Fields, Gleeson Homes, from my very first enquiry right through to moving into my new home.

Karen has been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She kept me informed at every stage, answered all of my questions promptly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

The moving-in process was particularly well organised, and Karen went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for me and that I felt welcomed into my new home. Her attention to detail, communication, and genuine care for customers really stood out.

Dani at Lyons Edge has been so helpful and also supportive during our reservation process. As a first time buyer it is very daunting not knowing what things means and sorting everything out. She gave us recommendations and also got us a very good deal on the home which we are very pleased with. Our reservation appointment was also very good where she explained everything in detail. I spoke to Emily in my initial queries and she was also great, with very good customer service, friendly and helpful. Andrew was also there to help in person and answered my queries and questions very well, they are all a great asset to Gleeson ☺️

Our experience with gleesom homes has been smooth sailing with staff always on hand to help and advise us on matters with our first experience on buying a house even with matters outside there job. Homes built by absolute cowboys. When you start raising issues they refuse to engage, refusing to even engage with SAR procedures despite legislation stating that they are legally required to do so.

This is after I discovered messages sent internally which were about me and were highly offensive.

I would strongly reccomend going elsewhere,staff are incredibly rude and customer service does not exist once you have the keys in hand.

After three years brickwork is failing, roof tiles have come off and damp issues are taking over due to the house not being insulated.

Dani has been brilliant helping from the start. we had our initial enquiry with the lyons edge site and dani was brilliant and very informative!

Allison was fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the build process.
She was always quick to answer any questions we had.
This is our 3rd new build and the build quality is much better than the last two.
The site agent is very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.
