Cheap crap!
They are scammers. Selling cheap crap advertised as high quality handmade products. Don't do returns or refunds, BEAWARE!!!

I ordered two black Ford police diecast model cars 1:24. One came missing the driver's side spotlight, but had the passenger side spotlight. As I lifted the other car out of the box, the passenger side spotlight fell off. I emailed the company right
away, as well as sent pictures.....radio silence. So if you don't mind paying for damaged items and zero customer service, this business is perfect for you! Otherwise, run away!!!

Ordered bear socks. They took weeks to arrive and what we got was a couple of nitted eyes loosly sown onto an ordinary pair of socks. Nothing like what was advertised. When I contacted them they insisted they were correct even though clearly they were not. When you ask for a refund all goes quiet. They stop responding to your messages.

I usually dont care about stuff like this but These are decent. Walked around the flat for hours and didnt get annoyed once.

Total scam. Socks received not matching the ai generated image. Cheap and badly made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This company has had a chance to improve but said I did not read the advert properly. I would only get my money back if I sent the item back to them at my own expense to Bulgaria. These were not the knitted socks that was shown in there adverts. So much for their 100% refunds. Bad quality, seemingly incorrect advertising and customer services.

Same as everyone else socks not as described sent cheap version in fuming. Refusing send me returns label expects me pay return.

OK, so they claim the items to be 'lovingly handmade' and so they take time. They are cheaply made and sent from China. The images online are AI generated and a complete fabrication of what you will actually receive. They arrived weeks after ordering (not ideal for a xmas present ), £31 spent on 2 pairs of cheap socks and they arent even close to the advertised image. Contacted regarding a refund and they expect me to cover the shipping costs for a return to Bulgaria (why Bulgaria when they were posted from China?) which I absolutely refuse to do. I intend to report them to Trading Standards.

Ordered a pair of panda socks from this company to give as a gift. They took several weeks to arrive and when finally received they bore absolutely no resemblance to the product pictures on the website. Very poorly made product (perhaps made by a small child) using cheap materials. Asked the company for a refund but 'Pat' in customer services said I would have to send them back to Bulgaria at my own cost and that my initial postage costs would also not be refunded. Couldn't give them as a gift as it would be insulting to the recipient. These are for the dustbin and that's £19 wasted.
Please don't make the same mistake as me; avoid this company at all costs, or buy at your own peril. This company is operating a complete scam!!! Wish I'd checked Trust Pilot before ordering.

The ski socks kept my feet warm during a weekend trip without making them sweaty once. That’s rare for me. The padding helped too when wearing heavier boots. Whoever designed these actually thought them through.

Ordered two pairs of the novelty socks to give as Christmas presents. I cannot give them they are are nothing like the picture and were cheap socks with the animal glued on. A total waste of money.

I wish I’d never ordered from Goblizz. The “Highland cow” socks I received arrived very late, and when they finally turned up, they looked nothing like the photos on the website. Despite Pat in Customer Service (over email) assuring me they were identical, the pair I received were thin, cheaply made, and frankly nothing more than novelty tat. Absolutely dreadful quality.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying anything advertised through Facebook. The whole process felt like a runaround, with the company pushing me toward their returns process via Bulgaria instead of acknowledging the poor quality. I’ll be going through other routes for my refund, and the socks themselves are going straight in the bin.

In my view, this kind of trading falls far short of what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets out for customers. I sincerely hope that by 2026 companies operating like this are held properly accountable.

They look nothing like the pictures. I purchased the Highland Cow socks, they look like a 1 year old have done them.

Absolutely awful company! The lovely, cute, thick socks you think you're going to get will be the most basic thin awful socks with an oversized strange looking creature. Customer service was awful, unsatisfactory solution offered. Returns are to Bulgaria at buyers cost! The other option was store credit 🤣🤣 I will spend the money to return out of principle

A rubbish product that is nothing like the pictures on the site.
I have tried to leave a review on the Goblizz, but can’t find a way to do so.
At least everyone got to have a laugh at me being scammed for Christmas. 🫤

I didn’t think socks could make a great gift until I watched my nephew freak out over the axolotl pair. Tried them on myself and completely understood the hype. They’re cushioned but not bulky. Makes stepping around the house feel nicer than it should.

Scam company.!!! The products you receive will not be what you ordered, they will then tell you that the return shipping for a refund is at your expense and it needs to be sent to Bulgaria. AVOID!!!!

Awful, cheap tat. Absolutely a scam, gutted I wasted £30 on essentially a fraudulent item.

Shocking company. Socks should have been delivered in 7-10 days. After a month they claimed they had been delivered when they hadn't. Then said, not their problem. Shocking customer service and I wish I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered. DO NOT USE.
