bought from this company the item took 3 weeks to come the socks look nothing like what is in the picture. Cheap rubbish wanted to send back to tell me I would have to pay any vat charges and postage to Bulgaria.
Got my money back through PayPal please do not buy.

The socks that arrived today are NOTHING like the picture on the website! They are small, poor quality and definitely not worth the money... buyer beware!

Don't but anything from GOBLIZZ! The items they are selling are nothing like the pictures they use to sell them! I bought the Koala socks for my wife as she is suffering with cold feet after dealing with breast cancer all year and what a disappointment ! I paid £17 for something that is worth £2! They should be shut down!!!!!

Much like some of the other reviews on here for Goblizz. The socks we received are nothing like the picture on the adverts and website. We ordered the cow ones. The socks are so thin and the cow looks awful. Really disappointed. Waited 3 weeks for these too. Steer clear

Massively delayed, socks delivered eventually and bear little resemblance to the advertised product. Contacted goblizz who refuse to acknowledge the clear misrepresentation and only offer a customer funded return to Bulgaria. Avoid.

Scam! picture was AI of animal socks. What came was something completely different from what was advertised. Cheap rubbish seller is a lier and a con artist avoid.

This company is a textbook example of false advertising. The product I received was cheap, flimsy, and nowhere near the quality promised in their glossy marketing. What they show you online and what arrives in the cellophane bag are worlds apart.

When I raised the issue, their response was dismissive and insulting. They insisted the product was “exactly as advertised”, a claim that is blatantly untrue. Rather than taking responsibility, they hide behind technicalities.

Their so‑called refund policy is a trap:

• You must return the item to Bulgaria.
• If customs or tax charges apply, you pay them.
• Those charges are then deducted from your refund, meaning you could lose money even after sending the product back.

This is not customer service, it’s a deterrent designed to stop people from pursuing refunds.

I am now engaging with Trading Standards because these practices are unfair, misleading, and harmful to consumers.

Item never arrived and no communication from company. Absolute scammers! £45 down and having to buy something else as it was a birthday present.

Do not order from this company . You do not receive what you order . I ordered the sloth socks which looked lovely in the website and what I got was a load of cheap rubbish, nothing like the picture . When I contacted customer service they said I had got what I ordered even though I had sent a pic of the item in their website and a picture of the actual item I received and you can clearly see it’s not the same at all. When I asked for a refund I was told I would have to send them back to Bulgaria and if they got charged tax and vat I would have to pay that as well as the money to send them back. Complete scam !

I ordered the cute sloth socks. When they arrived they were nothing like the advert. Cheap, badly made and shoddy. To obtain a refund I have to send to Bulgaria at my own expense which I’m not doing. Do not buy anything from this dreadful supplier

Placed an order , received order number , chased for tracking number after 6 working days , was advised a delay , chased again after 12 working days to be provided with a tracking link , tracking began before my order was placed! Requested to cancel and refund after checking tracking number on parcelapp independently which was where the link originally sent me , tracking details do not exist , now unresponsive , scammers , DO NOT PURCHASE A THING FROM THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for my pair which were ordered on the 25th October (from China-where else?!) so 3 weeks now.
Unfortunately I had already ordered another pair which arrived late and the quality was truly poor! Website states ‘one size fits all’ but I’m a size 8 and these are like tiny ankle socks! Poor quality material and the koala looks nothing like the ones on the Goblizz site. Don’t be fooled! Get your nan to knit some as they’ll but much better!

Placed an order 16 days ago, heard nothing apart from “ working hard to deliver” some time ago. Take care if you want delivery within a reasonable timescale

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. I have asked for any updates but just get a generic "we're busy" reply. No updates, nothing.

These animal socks from Goblizz feel lovely on my feet. So soft and warm. I wear them every evening now.

I placed an order last week but cannot view my order on their site or track in any way, my request to cancel prior to shipment received a generic canned response which does not acknowledge my cancellation request at all.

Previous trustpilot reviews appear to be for a garden center. Be wary.

Honestly, wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m proper chuffed with it. Came fast, looks even better in person. Feels like a little treat to myself.

I placed an order, then decided to cancel it within 30 mins. They did respond quite quickly, firstly offering me a 30% discount. I wasn't interested because the reason for cancelling was the long delivery time. I responded and declined and confirmed I wanted to cancel. The replied and agreed to cancel order. Out of curiosity I later emailed them to ask if I had wanted to return the item ( it would have been at my own expense) would the return address be in the UK. GUESS WHAT it's in BULGARIA!!!!! Thank goodness I cancelled the order. It doesn't tell you that in their returns policy, just that you are liable for return postage. I had a LUCKY ESCAPE

Parcel arrived quickly but has clearly been opened and returned by someone prior. Disgraceful! Do not use this company!!
