Website easy to navigate and samples ordered. (There was an expected £1 charge for this but was never requested, so gold star!). Once we had chosen our style/quality/cost, the purchase was straight forward and the @grass@ delivered promptly. We felt very sorry for the single delivery gut who was expected to manhandle the estimated 100 kilo roll off his van on his own without any help. Anyway, it was all easy to instal ourselves and looks great. Bonus - So far, its not been eaten or destroyed by our two monster dogs.

worst customer services ever. explained on the notes that the address was a business address which closes at 5pm and then had a notification saying delivery between 4.45 and 6.45. Spoke to an advisor to be told if it fails they will put a note on the system to say no delivery after 5pm. Then went on to say all deliveries are between 7am and 7pm and that cant be changed lol what a joke.

Update

I think in 2026 a 12 hr delivery window is a joke. to have to book a whole day off work to receive a delivery is ridiculous. Also the the delivery driver left the grass against a wall in the wrong place it was just lucky my partner noticed him as he was walking away. I would suggest an updated system for ordering and using a different delivery company.

From ordering online to delivery the whole thing was simple and easy and the delivery was when it was supposed to be.....the driver let me know too when he would be arriving and I could track where he was. The artificial grass was and is fantastic. My whole back garden has had a great transformation and the quality and thickness is spot on...A1....first class....im so glad I chose Grass247 and I would recommend and will use again.....thank you so very much 👍
