Good product but too much packaging to get rid of
Delivery took a little longer than promised but could live with that. Not really informed of progress and had to ask for details. Unit supplied with so much packaging, I recognise the need to protect the radiator but this was a bit over the top. Wouldn't be so bad if the delivery but could take the pallet away with him. The unit is superb and sets out bathroom off a treat. Nice to have additional warmth from a towel rail. Will use this company agzin.

Very happy customer…
I am very happy with the service from Great Rads, very easy to use online service and, radiator a good price well packed and delivered promptly. The Radiator looks very nice, but it has not been fitted yet. Will certainly use this company again.

Poor customer service
Ordered 2towel rails for delivery within 48 hrs but wasn’t worried when they didn’t turn up as there were a couple of bank holidays around that time.
After 10days I contacted them to confirm a delivery date and 2days later was informed that required items were out of stock and I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for items. Poor customer service. Can’t comment on towel rails as not received yet.
