Great Rad! Great delivery!

I haven't installed the radiator so I can't tell you if it's good or bad but what I can tell you is that the customer service is super bad. The radiator was delivered in the closest parking slot from my house, even though I spoke with the Great Rads customer support team many times explaining that I'm a single mum with a baby and I need an ETA to arrange for help with the radiator.
They will not call or text before arriving even though you ask, they do not work weekends and they will deliver your radiator on the street. The driver left me in the street with my baby and a 50kg radiator. I had to stop strangers on the street and ask for help.

Ordered a towel rad which we are pleased with and it was delivered very quickly

wrong radiator wall fixings sent, meaning I had to get my plumber to return to compete the job, resulting in an additional call out fee.
as soon as i sent photo of the fixings sent they sent out the correct ones, but I incurred a charge due to the carelessness of the company.

Radiator arrived a day late and I wasn’t informed until the day of delivery

Brilliant customer service and comms. Promptly informed me that the rad I ordered wasn't in stock and offered an alternative that was slightly more expensive for the same price.

Excellent service. Someone on the phone you can talk to. They were able to tell me that my radiators were in stock and approximate delivery time from placing the order. I would have liked to choose a delivery time though everything went smoothly and the radiators were packaged very well to prevent damage. They are now being installed and look amazing. Very pleased with the quality.

Easy ordering, customer services fabulous! We had an issue with one of the rads we received and it was sorted and changed within a few days!! I would defo call before worsening however as sometimes the site shows certain rads as available but they have actually sold out so always worth calling ahead and asking the team to check stock before ordering, especially if you need them quickly like we did!
