Great looking radiators and very prompt delivery.

Great product and great service from Great Rads. The fitters were asking where I went to get my bespoke 500mm X 500mm towel rail (surprisingly, not an easy size to find!). The price was just right for me and delivered quickly enough to get it fitted in. I have passed on the website to the fitters and will be shopping here again myself soon.

Excellent service, they have kept me notified about my order, they let me know it was out of stock and gave me the choice to cancel or continue my order, not many companies would do that, so it was appreciated and I continued with order.

I first made contact to find out some additional information on the radiator that I was considering, the customer services person was very helpful and responded very promptly with the information that I had requested. I then checked the delivery timescales and they were within my requirements. I then placed the order for the radiator. I was then very pleasantly surprised to have the item delivered sooner than I was initially advised. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company 5*

The item ordered was not available in the UK unfortunately, however, Great Rads proved first class in their communication and refunded the amount very promptly. Would not hesitate to use them again.,

Reasonably priced, I had found a couple of suppliers a little cheaper but their feedback was sketchy, so I decided to go with GreatRadiators for my designer radiator order. It was very speedily despatched and it arrived well packaged, with no damage and it looks great. It hasn't yet been installed but I am sure it will look even better. I couldn't think of an easier transaction. Would recommend!

A great experience considering the difficult times during covid.
Jax was very helpful on our initial visit to the showroom and, after searching for the right radiators for a while, I felt confident that she was the right person/company to deal with.
I found her very helpful, patient (at my indecisiveness!) and knowledgeable.
We did have a very long wait for the radiators to arrive but this was due to the current climate and nothing to do with the company.
They kept me updated at all times.
I’m over the moon with my designer radiators and won’t hesitate to come back when I do the rest of the house.

Had to do quite a comprehensive search as I needed a replacement towel rad, so I needed pipe centres etc to match, once I found great rads it was a simple search on site. GREAT.

Excellent service. I changed the size I wanted after placing my order. Following a phone call this was resolved in no time at all with no fuss. I received my radiator within a few days and loved it.

Very positive experience with great rads; had really good options, in stock and available. Delivered very quickly (I think it was next day), well packaged and problem free. Top quality aluminium radiators, best I could find for air source heat pump (high BTU), good information on site and reasonable price. All in all highly recommended.

I recently purchased a small towel radiator & was able to check stock with the company prior to ordering. Once installed, the radiator didn't seem to work. Great Rads immediately sent out a replacement which arrived less than 24 hours after I phoned them. It turned out that there wasn't a problem with the radiator, but there was a 'hidden' on/off switch under the radiator. The team at the end of the phone were incredibly helpful and were in immediate contact with the manufacturer for me. Would definitely recommend this company & use it again.

Jacqueline was incredible, helpful, efficient and had great product knowledge. I required 5 rads and every single one was perfect for the space. Delivery was very quick too.

Overall good, very good pricing for the radiators I needed. Would be made better with shipping estimates on product pages and notification of dispatch.

Ordered a radiator online, the payment was taken from my account. I waited on delivery which i did not receive, i tried to ring on several occasions with no luck, when i emailed them for a delivery date they said that i had been refunded as they did not ship to Northern Ireland, i did not receive any notification that the order had been cancelled and refunded, what a joke of a company SHOULD BE RENAMED WORST RADS
