Easy to order, very efficient delivery.

It was easy to order. The only nagativum would be that they have not give me a time slot when they deliver it so I was stuck at home waiting for them...

I am really pleased with my new towel radiator. Delivery was quick and the radiator was well packaged and undamaged. It looks great in my shower room.

Really excellent customer service. I unfortunately ordered the wrong colour radiator , delivery was quick , I did have to return order , return collection was smooth and refund given . Allowing me to reorder correct product. Will definitely spread the word on this company.

I have been asked to review the service I have received (none) and the product (none) because I haven't received anything. The website happily took my payment for a radiator, then later told me it was out of stock, for a month! So bad, yes, that is my experience so far.

Not installed yet but looks very striking in its own right.

Bought 3 vertical Reina radiators, 2 different styles. Good price compared to the rest of the market, quality items and deliver was first class. Have really transformed my house with these units. I didn't hear the door when the delivery guy turned up and they rang me to make sure I was in, can't fault their service.

I had unfortunately to cancel my order due to the items being out of stock. However, as soon as I informed Great Rads of this I received an almost immediate refund. This was very good service as I imagined a long wait.

I will be using great rads in the future.
