Great product, good service, packaged well and arrived on time

They say you can tell a good company by the way they handle problems. We ordered and paid for a radiator which turned out not to be in stock and the waiting time for delivery was not suitable. We contacted them next day and the refund was immediate.

They handled our calls efficiently each time.

Although initial delivery problems the issue was eventually resolved and happy with the new radiator.

Great service, fast turnaround from order to delivery. Product has first class build quality, unlike some of the cheaper rads on sale.

All products in stock as advertised.

Very good customer service (Angie) and all products very well packaged and delivered on time.

The website was easy to navigate so I was easily able t find what I wanted. I had a query which was quickly answered. We’ve used Great Rads before and are pleased with the service provided. They even called me to let me know when the roads would be delivered.

Absolutely shocking experience. Bought a radiator which read stock was ready to delivery. However it turned out supplier didn’t even have the stock. Rang customer services and ended up receiving a call from the manager who was appalling. Blaming Brexit and the pandemic for delays. From the onset she was defensive and didn’t really want to hear what I was going to say despite calling me. Makes me wonder if the directors/owners are aware of how their staff speak to customers. It’s probably likely I would of still gone ahead with the refund, but the conduct of customer was so appalling it led me to leaving this review to warn future customers.

Good price, straightforward ordering and good at keeping you informed about progress with order and delivery dates etc. There was a problem with the stockist only sending out half the order put this was very quickly fixed.

I’ve had one radiator arrive, which I’m really happy with.
However the second rad has not arrived, I’ve had 3 different emails with 3 different dates for when my radiator will be dispatched.

I’ve emailed the team to find out when the final dispatch date will be and I’ve had no response.

I wrote a review with the promise of a discount on my order, and a discount voucher, which never came. I ordered the rad anyway which arrived quickly and was fine, although I'm very dubious about the BTU rating of the towel radiator - I've had to double it up with a standard rad.

I ordered a radiator on Sunday 31st January.
I was expecting it in the next 24/48 hours. I called and sent a couple of emails asking for an update on the delivery. At first the lady at the end of the phone seemed to be helpful and said that she would find out the information for me. She never got back to me and after phoning and emailing both have been completely ignored and I am still no wiser as to when my radiator will arrive.

Will give a two star because it’s my second time dealing with them; the first time they were superb. Recently placed order about two weeks but still haven’t received it. No email updates or correspondence was provided. When you ring customer service, they are very nonchalant and show no empathy or courtesy. So it’s either they have new inexperienced or untrained customer service, or I just happen to have stumbled into an unfriendly one on phone. Disappointed but willing to give the benefit of doubt!

Five stars for the the ordering and after sales as they were very professional and helpful.
No stars for the delivery firm. Unfortunately we did not receive items ordered as the delivery firm stated they had delivered goods but hadn't.
Refund received immediately as duplicate order could not be delivered in time.

Still not received my confirmation due to no stock, I understand your supplier is from the EU and out of stock. Lazy as you should have someone going through this and changing all stock that’s unavailable to out of stock on your website. I am currently in no mans land waiting around, good thing it’s not winter

Fairly reasonable delivery considering lockdown etc. Items well packaged.
The rads are great quality, they work well and were relatively easy to fit.
They were a fair price, as we got them on a website 'discount offer' but not sure I would have paid the full price, especially as we ordered 4 of them.
Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

Why allow me to order if the part was not in stock?
Money was refunded as soon as I contacted them though.

Although the radiator is yet to be installed by the bathroom fitter, the ordering and delivery was very prompt and efficient, especially given the situation with the Covid pandemic.

Awful!
Ordered a radiator from them. It arrived damaged. Tried contacting them - their Customer Service email wasn't working for at least 48 hours. Sent a Request Form on their website - nothing. When their email started finally working, they suggested a new part for the damaged one instead of a refund, but the new part still hasn't arrived!
