Easy to order online. Delivery was prompt. The stainless steel towel radiator was well packaged. Very pleased with quality of the radiator itself and would buy from Great Rads again. Thanks!

I cannot give a review because I have still not received the goods - promised 3 to 4 days after order - and I now have to cancel the order because I was eventually told (after, of course, I had made full payment of nearly £1,000) that it would not now arrive until sometine in February 202t, 8 to 10 WEEKS after order.This meant I could not have my bathroom finished before Xmas as planned and now have to look elsewhere for a heated towel rail.

Why was not told of this delay until I started to chase the supplier - who was difficult to contact- when the due delivery date came and went. Had I been told earlier I would have had a chance of finding another towel rail in time for installation before Xmas.

All I got was excuses so would never, ever use this supplier again for anything. We all know that times are tough at the moment but thats no reason to mislead customers. Just tell the truth as soon as you know it and dont give out help line numbers that no one answers. Shoddy service at best.

Ordered on line. Had a phone call to confirm delivery and all was brilliantly executed!
Would definitely and highly recommend to family, friends and anybody reading this review. The price too was very competitive!

They take your order and money, if rad is not in stock your emails are blocked and phone calls not answered, worst online buying experience I can remember.

Brilliant service, the radiator I ordered is discontinued but an alternative was suggested that was great. Jayde couldn’t have been more helpful.

So pleased with these products, look fantastic, very sleek. Efficient, quick to heat up & really throw the heat out. Also extremely quick delivery, only to days from ordering & more reasonable than many other comparisons. Would definitely recommend.

We ordered a number of different radiators including one large designer mirror radiator. We were very pleased - they arrived quickly and are excellent quality. There was an error and the factory shipped the wrong large radiator, but there was no question in exchanging the radiator. I'd also ordered the wrong valves and they replaced them too! All in all, very happy and would highly recommend.

Found the perfect radiator online at Great Rads, ordered and paid for it but received an email 4 days later informing me that delivery would be at least 11 weeks.
Disappointed that this information wasn’t shared before I’d entered my card details but relieved that a full refund was issued promptly.

Can’t speak for the radiators as haven’t arrived yet, but customer service good. They didn’t have the radiators I wanted in stock so they rang me to confirm delivery time etc. And also sent examples of other similar items in case I needed Something quicker. So Happy with the support.
