Ordered a radiator which turned out to be to big, sent it back but after a week and a half I've had no refund from them multiple emails sent with no reply

Excellent customer service I got one radiator second not in stock but on the back order fast delivery to Ireland but again another great business will suffer from Brexit

Ordered 3 radiators which were all showing as in stock Online, 3 days later received an email saying they would be delivered 5th January which was 3 months later! To be fair when I called them they did say it was down to the supplier and refunded my money straight away but I spent hours looking for radiators that were in stock! Please update your website!

Had a very bad experience. Ordered a radiator in September they said they will dispatch it in two days but afterwards they sent me an email stating stock no longer exist and it will come on the 1st of October. I said alright then they emailed again saying it will arrive on the 7th when I called them on 7th they said it will arrive on the 9th of October now. Meanwhile their website was still showing it in stock and taking order. At that time I couldn't wait anymore my builder was already gone and I end up buying it from another company which offers priority service. The radiator arrived I paid £13 extra but I am happy with that.

Fast efficient delivery and excellent customer service. When one of our radiators went out of stock, they tried to find an alternative, but when they couldn't immediately refunded my money.

Be careful ordering on the expectation of an overnight service. Allow at least 2 weeks for your radiator to come. I know these are difficult times however it’s completely out of order still promoting this service when they clearly can’t follow through. I’m going into my second week of waiting with really no expectation of receiving it next week. They wouldn’t commit.
