Rubbish
As buyers, we were totally disappointed in the level of service, contact and advice given,
Over a 5 month, difficult chain, we had but 3 emails and very little else. From start to finish we were rarely considered, advised or helped.
The agent was never “available”…the telephone rarely answered, all in all a total shambles.
Go elsewhere !

Sold 2 houses and bought 2 houses with James and Fiona at Greenslades in Chard. Very straight forward everytime, nothing is too much trouble and they always return emails and calls the same day. 5 stars 🌟 from me.

Chain of 14 vendors. Successful sale
We approached GTH to sell our house after a previously unsuccessful attempt. The local manager Ollie provided a very sensible valuation. Upon listing, the viewings were carried out professionally manner, eventually securing a buyer in what has been a challenging market. We became part of a chain of 13 houses and 14 vendors, ( a company record) a potential nightmare. However careful management of the chain by Ollie and another agent resulted in completion 4months after we found the buyer. I am certain that this was in no doubt part due to the strenuous efforts of GTH staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

A very professional company
Miranda and the team at GTH worked assiduously to help us move. It was not an easy move as we had an equity release mortgage to carry over and our buyer had a set deadline. Miranda’s tenacity and professionalism ensured we were successful and we were delighted with the service they provided.

Fabulous service from everyone on the team at the Chard office. Professional, yet friendly, they have all been a pleasure to work with. We have had experience of other agents but GTH are far and away the best. Highly recommended.

Exceptional, Honest Service
As buyers of a property marketed by GTH's Taunton branch, we cannot fault Bill, Martyn, Isla, Callum and Gail for their help with our purchase. All members of staff are highly experienced or have been trained to an exceptional standard, they resonate with their customers, and gave an honest outlook whilst we were going through the conveyancing process. Bill always went above and beyond, contacting all solicitors in the chain to help the purchase move forwards especially when solicitors like ours required some motivation to act!

Top service without doubt.
Starting with an impressive house catalogue, GTH provided excellent and professional service throughout the period of our house sale. In particular, Jon and Natasha in the Plymouth branch gave excellent support in keeping the sale going. Easy to criticise estate agents but most definitely not in this case. .

What a first class professional team. They are not just estate agents they are like family. no enquiry is too much for them there is always someone at the end of the phone to answer any questions and put us at ease . A pleasant, efficient homebuying experience
The whole purchasing process was pleasant and relatively straightforward. Communication was great with GTH. Despite living many miles away from the property we have purchased I was reassured always to be able to get through over the phone and speak to a member of staff. Staff were very friendly and polite and queries were answered promptly and efficiently. We had several viewings of the property and GTH were able to accommodate both our requests to view and also help us arrange surveyors and contractors to attend the property. I would definitely recommend GTH and feel that we were lucky and privileged to have had such a great experience buying our home.

Excellent service, quality advice
We have had excellent service from GtH. The start point was a realistic view of our house’s value and good marketing advice. The viewing process and follow up with potential buyers was well managed and we received quick feedback after every viewing. It has taken a while to sell - that is the market - and their experience and advice worked well for us. We have worked with other agents on sales and GtH is a step above - both in terms of advice and the efficiency of their back office.
