Great Service
As a buyer, my experience with GTH was not as detailed as if I were a vendor. However, from arranging the initial viewing to eventual completion I found the staff at GTH to be efficient, friendly and helpful. The purchase could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you

GTH ilminster professional and quick sale
GTH ilminster have done a great job for the second time for us selling first out house at well over the asking price and then my mother’s. Both sales were quick despite market conditions and the advice given to us on asking price and the subsequent tender were spot on and conducted with fairness and courtesy to all parties. Viewing (thst we witnessed) were professional and engaged.
Would happily recommend and would certainly use again

I went to GTH, with a deadline, and they’re advice on pricing, the photos, negotiations and communication were superb throughout, I cannot speak highly enough of how simple they made a potentially stressful time for me.

Fantastic experience with Jon at gth Ivybridge and the team. Jon offered me great advice whilst my property was on with a different agent. After nearly 5 months of trying to sell my niche property with another agent, I moved to gth and within 3 weeks of being on the market with them it has been sold. Couldn’t be more grateful to the Ivybridge branch for their precise marketing, advice and effort to ensure the selling of my property and the hunt to find a property I’d want to buy, goes smoothly.

so far so good………..
We are SSTC so yet to complete our sale but from the start the Ivybridge team have communicated clearly and consistently, keeping us informed. They have been attentive to our questions and quick to respond. Their knowledge and advice has been helpful, and feel we are in good hands. GTH excelled yet again.
We have just sold another property with GTH Barnstaple. Ollie, Curtis and Jodie excelled again in a professional and friendly way.
Nothing is too much trouble and no question is a silly question.
We had constructive feedback after every viewing and regular updates following acceptance of an offer.
Our last property was a bit more complicated than this one but the team were amazing throughout. They definitely earn the commission we paid through their dedication to their clients.
We would thoroughly recommend the team.

The team have been great at communicating, the entire transaction right from the initial phone call was professional. A great team who did an amazing job of selling my home. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting to move home.

The worst agent I have ever had to deal with. I expressed an interest in viewing a property by message and e-mail, not one return phone call and not one return message. Would I use them for the sale of my property - most certainly not!
