Had my car returned to garage 4 times…
Had my car returned to garage 4 times constant things wrong , error codes , damaged wheel unsafe panel , cheap replacement tyre , left chips on car , scratched car , refused to work on it , refused insurance instruction of a independent person . Also discriminated and trespassed as was going to dump and run with my keys , had manager threaten me at attleborough branch , awful service , awful people , lied to me and insurance multiple times , supplied a car 3 times with vent and dmg wheel which was not roadworthy , even halo have said this

From the point of contact with Halo was excellent. The reception were able to keep us updated, the engineers when needing to contact us were polite and helpful.
Our car was back far quicker than we thought . Looking good !
Although it took a while for our vehicle to be repaired we were told exactly how long so we new what the time expectation would be .

Mixed experiences but resolved well
After initial difficulties (vehicle delivered back following repair with marks on it and in a dirty condition) and some interactive problems with the Rochdale site- Alex (who should be recognised in line with the Companies recognition and reward policy) was fantastic. He was sent quickly following my complaint and resolved the issue by polishing the marks left on the car (despite a text message sent to me saying the vehicle was being inspected prior to delivery back home).
He was polite,considerate (I am disabled and the car is on lease via Motability (a great scheme).

Car repair was excellent and because electrical work was needed it was sent to a main dealer by Halo and collected by them before delivering it back to me early on a Saturday morning! My queries were answered by manager Ryan and his very helpful staff. The booking process was also straightforward.

Never heard of Halo before
Never heard of Halo before, but my car was sent here after being stolen. The staff at Halo Emerson’s Green, Bristol were very helpful and kept me updated on the things being dealt with on my car. All staff very friendly and answered any queries we had.

Great team of professionals with high standards of repairs, communication & customer service
I can't sing their praises enough! Everything was seamless with top tier customer service from start to end. The repair to my car is perfect, you'd never tell there was quite the dent! Staff were also so friendly on the phone and in person with phone updates when needed. My car was scheduled for a Friday and then they offered to collect a day early. So picked up Thursday and I had it back the next day! I didnt even need to pick up my courtesy car. I don't think they could have done any better, I'm so pleased. Lastly shout out to Giorgio who collected my car and dropped it back. It was hammering it down and he could have just called me from his vehicle and asked me to get my key from him - and that would have been acceptable to me - but he stood outside in the storm, gave me my key and went through the last bit of 'closing' customer service. I was very thankful.

High Standard Reached
We had to wait a couple of months for our vehicle to be booked in and collected, but this was more than made up for, starting with Tom whom collected the vehicle an extremely polite helpful professional person whom listened to our concerns and made sure they were adhered to, Kerry was extremely helpful in our telephone conversations all culminating in a very high standard repair to our vehicle.
