My wife and I were kept updated throughout the process of getting our car repaired
Our car was then returned to us promptly and without any stress on our part - we particularly liked the map which showed where our vehicle was on its way back to us.

I took my car for a service at my local garage. When I went to collect it I was told someone had crashed into it. I then had the inconvenience of logging my claim uplifting photos etc. I was sent a text saying a repair garage would by in touch. Halo ARC contacted me straight away. I was immediately calmed by the lovely king and considerate way I was spoken to. An arrangement was made to collect my car. I was sent a text with a tracker so I could know and see when my collector would arrive to take my car away.
Again a lovely manner of the person who arrived and sympathised with me about the damage. I expected the repairs to take up to a week. My car was collected on a Wednesday and on the Friday same week I was contacted by Halo who said the repairs were done and they would drop the vehicle back to me. The distance between us is 24 miles. My car was immaculately repaired and cleaned. It was returned with the same amount of fuel in it. I have owned a car for 44 years, best accident repair service I have ever received. Prompt, courteous, easy to deal with, fantastic repair!!!

First class service from start to finish.
I had a no fault accident and Halo were quick of the mark. They collected my car on Tuesday 20th October and have just returned it (23rd October) and the car is as good as new and has even been cleaned inside and out!
I was kept up to date through Mathew and I can’t thank Brad enough for fetching and returned my car. Perfect service and thoroughly recommend.

A truly professional repair service
A truly professional repair organisation that was exemplary in communication and expertise. They gave us a detailed analysis of the intended repair schedule and the parts that would be required before booking in, together with an estimation of timescale, which they exceeded. The repair works were tip top and cannot be faulted. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best accident repair service we have ever encountered. Definitely recommend them.

Cant get hold if garage they resprayed my car bloody hell ad the car bck next day no petrol the rubber on the window n door oanel wont go bck on they broke the clip now my passenger door wont un lock n the tyre lites iwont go off on the dash borad dont no how to get this sorted cause they done this to my car dissapointed n fed up wont go there again

I have received an excellent service from both Cardiff and Bristol branches with staff being professional and informative during all communications. My vehicle was safely collected and delivered back to me in a timely manner, with regular updates in between. Impeccable 5* Experience!
My insurance company put me in touch with Halo ARC,Westbury branch after an accident. The speed of contacting me and professionalism throughout was astounding. I was reassured that they would provide a courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired which was my main concern. The whole process was easy to navigate online and I was kept informed at every stage. Ben who picked my car up and delivered the courtesy car kept me informed of his arrival time and was extremely prompt. He took the time to sit and talk through how the very modern courtesy car worked. My car was repaired very quickly and I was informed of it's progress along the way. Again Ben was extremely prompt when returning my car. After over 40 years of driving this was my first accident other than minor scrapes and bumps and I am delighted that my insurance company put me in touch with such an impeccable company.

Great service
The car needed body work and electric repairs following an accident. It took slightly longer than expected due to delays in getting parts delivered and new issues coming to light. However, the communications from the team were great and they did a brilliant job in getting the car back to us the day we were due to go on holiday so urgently needed it.

Great service and communications
After my car was hit in a car park, my insurer selected Halo at York. All the staff were both friendly and professional, particularly Steve who worked on it, and they did exactly what they said they would and when. It was really helpful to have regular updates and they took the car and returned it exactly within the timeframes they quoted. The car was returned fully repaired, plus cleaned inside and out. Made what was a real nuisance into something that was handled very smoothly and well. Strongly recommend Halo at York.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Jaime provided a great pick-up service, and the dent repair was absolutely brilliant. You honestly wouldn’t even know the dent had ever been there – an amazing job!
Louise in admin was also fantastic, providing quick updates and answering any questions I had promptly. Really impressed with the whole experience. Professional, efficient, and great customer service all round. Highly recommend!

Great team at Poole
The repair work that was done on the van by Justin & Carl was very good.The paint work by Sam & Dan was good too . We were kept updated by Caron about everything, and the van was delivered back to us safely by mark & Tom. Martin was the quality control manager, and we have to say all did a great job at the Poole branch . Would definitely use these again if needed too.
