First class service. Car collected and delivered after repair. Paint match 100% plus no sign whatsoever of previous damage. Regular updates on progress,staff were helpful,polite and friendly. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company for repair works. Overall a totally stress free experience.

From start to finish Halo where… excellent
From start to finish Halo where extremely professional, they sorted a courtesy car for me, collected my car, the gentleman that collected my car was very polite, professional and good mannered.
He explained everything to me, they had my car for just 6 day's, dropped it off at the car hire on returnas i requested, at enterprise. So it made it very easy for me to drop the courtesy car up and pick mine up.
They have repaired my car to an excellent standard, in fact you can't even tell where the damage was at all.
All round I would highly recommend Halo, thank you so much.

When I dropped my car off at Halo ARC Basingstoke I received a warm welcome and a quick brief on the car repair with estimated completion date in a few days time.
My loan car was ready for me to drive away after a short introduction of the controls etc. the staff were excellent and my car a BMW iX1 xDrive30 looked amazing, like a brand new vehicle!

Excellent service and really customer focused.
I was kept up to date every step of the way of my repair from delayed parts to new expected completion date. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was unable to collect my car when it was ready and they delivered it to me fir free, very impressive and unheard of thesevdays. I would strongly recommend thus company to anyone. I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship.

Poor management style over shoddy workmanship
Local Bristol Halo released a very shoddy and incomplete repair and the manager in particular was most abrupt and most indignant in accepting liability for an unsatisfactory repair. Had to get insurance engineer to finally persuade Bristol to take the car back in to repair for a second time. In all, the car took the best part of 4 months for final completion(should have been 1 month at the most)

Halo Attleborough great service.
I was directed to Halo Attleborough by my insurance company after an accident. I cannot fault the quality of repairs, and the car was even given a full clean before pickup, which isnt always the case with insurance repairs! The staff I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful, and the repair was completed several days ahead of schedule. My only issue was with the process of uploading photos via the link i was emailed, as i could not get this to work on my phone (possibly due to lack of signal where the vehicle was parked). However, when i mentioned this to the lady in the office, she told me i could just email her the photos directly and sent me a link which worked perfectly. Overall a hassle-free experience and i would definitely recommend them.

Halo Bristol (Emerson’s Green) - Absolutely fantastic rapid repair bodywork done with staff they should be really proud of. James arrived on time and answered my queries well. Brodie kept excellent communication and very kindly reached out to let me know I left valuables in my car that I might want, also sent me photos after the work was complete at my request. Lewis prompt and noticed a mechanical safety issue which he told me about when he didn’t have to.

24 hour turnaround
Car booked in for a repair Monday morning, received a call Tuesday morning to advise the repair was complete. All staff were pleasant to deal with and offered clear communication throughout the whole process.
