Awful experience
Had my car repaired at Halo Saffron Walden. Poor quality repair; panels did not fit, poor paint finish. Halo agreed to have it back but failed to collect my car as agreed. When work finally carried out still not to a good standard. Worse was the attitude of the manager who belittled me and accused me of damaging my own car. As a woman I felt intimidated and insulted.
I raised this with head office who were very apologetic and made lots of promises to put things right but have failed to contact me since.
Poor quality repairs, horrendous attitude and terrible customer service.

Very easy process at the Bristol repair shop. Receptionist was lovely, explained everything and my car was ready very quickly. The reps was spot on and I have no complaints. Would definitely use them again and happy to recommend

My experience was Okay.
My experience was very good. Kept me upto date on the progress of the repair. Staff are excellent. Only downside, they said that my car was in the process of being polished. When it was returned, it hadn't, the windscreen was not very clean and the driver who returned it admitted that he'd given it a quick once over. This was my only fault in the process.

10/10 in all departments
Just had my car repaired by this company through my insurance company. The work done is amazing, a really professional job, car cleaned as well before returning to me. The office staff at the Eastleigh branch I visited were so polite and helpful throughout all the contact I had with them, providing me with a super courtesy car to boot. If I’m ever going to be involved again in an accident I will be insisting on Halo to do the repairs. 10/10 in all departments
