Just had my car repaired by this company through my insurance company. The work done is amazing, a really professional job, car cleaned as well before returning to me. The office staff at the Eastleigh branch I visited were so polite and helpful throughout all the contact I had with them, providing me with a super courtesy car to boot. If I’m ever going to be involved again in an accident I will be insisting on Halo to do the repairs. 10/10 in all departments

Halo ARC repair to my damaged BMW
Halo ARC contacted me the same day that I reported my accident to my insurance company and arranged to collect my car from my house later that week, and drop off a courtesy car. They then phoned me daily for a brief update on the progress on the repair, and returned the car to me within a week, repaired perfectly. It was a completely stress-free and rapid process, and I am extremely happy with them.

Smooth service start to finish
Car went in for some repair work and I was kept informed of the progress. Found the team polite and professional. Found the whole process very smooth, including the pickup and drop off. Will use again, hopefully not to soon though.

I couldn’t believe the quality of work done in the timeframe of less than 3 working days. I am shocked and happy that I can have my car back in such good condition in such a short period of time. I am very happy with the work completed by Halo and glad to have my car back. They collected and delivered my car as well as provided a courtesy car.

My car went into Halo Harrow after an accident. They kept me informed of the progress and estimated complete date. I spoke several times with Bansi who was polite and efficient an absolute pleasure to talk to! My car was returned after a week repairs completed and delivered to my door by another polite young man. Overall a surprisingly positive experience.

OkBrilliant service from start to finish. Following an accident involving a reckless driver my car was a mess. My garage said it was a write off so i can't tell you how delighted i was when my insurance company said to go ahead with the repairs!! You wouldn't know i had been in a bad accident. I'd give Halo 10/10!!! Just updated stars! I must have accidently entered 1 star instead of 5 stars!!🤗

The collection of my car and drop of…
The collection of my car and drop of the courtesy car was prompt, the repairs to my car were excellent, the car looked as good as new and the work was completed very quickly.
However the process for returning my vehicle was very poor. First of all I was told my car was repaired and would be returned that Friday afternoon. I waited in, no car was delivered. I tried to contact the repair centre at Doncaster to no avail. I managed to get hold of the office down south, they were apologetic and emailed Doncaster to contact me first thing Monday. Unfortunately that didn’t happen either. I had to leave for an appointment only to receive a text message telling me that my car was on route. I phoned Doncaster to inform them that we had not been given prior notification but that we would be returning in the next half hour. The operator said the message would be passed on to the driver. I then received a text to tell me that the job had been cancelled and to contact the office to reschedule which I did. I finally got my car back Monday afternoon.
