Good experience with clear instruction

Easy to book an initial appointment, with clear step-by-step guidance and quick referral for a second opinion and tests. The service I received over the phone to a query was also clear, understandable and really helpful.

The whole experience has been appalling, from AXA telling me my policy has expired, despite it only commencing 1/1/26 to the documents generated by VirtualLucy being addressed to my previous address despite it being updated 3 months ago
I have contacted my company HR team who are taking it up on my behalf

Axa recommended physio but too complicated and worst service

I was recommended by Axa as part of my private care, I don't have any exercise listed and it simply looks way too complicated trust me I am from technology. I wasted 2 days of mince waiting for the exercises. I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience . Based on this reply I have contacted your phone and explained the issue and sent 4 to 5 follow up emails have been sent. I can't believe that I have been left nothing for more than a week without any updated. Sorry this isn't acceptable, my condition worsened relying on you to provide service with private care but you left me in pain and frustration. Based on my experience, I don't even know why Axa is using this company may be it's cheaper something but the service is totally zilch. I had a call from you staff, physio went on holiday so i am left in pain ? do you not have notes or hand overs , can someone alternative pick up this when you charge through private care don't you feel you have the responsibilities to care for the people? so many questions and I don't think it feels professional or cared I can't recommend this at all, please do avoid and go some where else. I can provide all the follow up and evidences if you need.

Given some options for physio with inadequate details of locations. Just mileage from my home, street location and post code. No reference to borough or district so impossible to know whether any of these places was accessible. Only way would be to write down post codes etc, and look each of them up before deciding. Hopelessly impractical and unhelpful!
