Simple proces to buy and arrange collection.
Simple process to order the bag and to arrange collection. Bag took everything we wanted, which was a very heavy load of soil. Collected without any need for us to be there two days after booking it.

Overall impressed
I was initially concerned seeing the lower reviews on Trustpilot. However, delivery of the Hipposkip bag was fast. We followed the rules segregating the plasterboard. Paid for collection when we ordered the bag and although the vehicle size restrictions were a concern because we live on a smaller road in London with cars either side, no driveway (terraced house) and a bit of a gamble with neighbours using their car for work (and freeing up space for the vehicle), I received an email in the afternoon to say it had been collected. Pretty impressed. I think we will use Hippo again.

The easiest rubbish collection!
Very easy to do.
Ordered bag online - website is very clear about bag sizes, cost, what you can put in the bag and collection information.
The fact you can put multiple types of waste in the bag made me go with Hippo.
Bag arrived quickly and instructions are clear.
Once the bag was loaded organising collection was easy -just go on the website or app.
Bag was collected with no fuss, lorry turned up and collected it whilst I was away from home with no issues at all.
Will use again!

Easy to arrange and collection issue quickly resolved
Very simple to arrange on line. I ordered the mega bag and collection service - there was a potential issue with the collection vehicle being able to negotiate a bend in our narrow road - I was referred to their ‘man with a van service’ which resulted in quick collection and a refund of £38 (received in 3 days). Spotless collection from the man with his van.

A very easy process to order bag and…
A very easy process to order bag and return. One simple phone call to make enquiries and I was on my way. Bag arrived next day, it was easy to unfold and fill up with my junk. The bag was collected a couple of days later on my request. Very pleased with everything. Staff were all helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company. Much easier than hiring a skip for what I needed.

Great Service and a Brilliant Solution for Tight Sites
The HIPPOBAG was delivered directly to my home, which meant I could take it to site myself and decide on the best location for it. This was particularly useful as we were working on a very tight site where positioning a conventional skip would have been difficult.
Mark, the driver who collected the bag, was very professional, friendly and helpful. The whole process was straightforward and worked extremely well for us.
We would definitely use HIPPO again.
In fact, I’m going to speak to the powers that be within our business, as I think there could be real value in supplying our maintenance operatives with a HIPPOBAG to carry in their vans. It would give them a simple, efficient and clean way of dealing with waste generated during maintenance works on site, particularly where space or access for a traditional skip is limited.
A really practical service and a great experience all round.
