Ordered from HGD one evening as a new customer. Item was prepared and dispatched the very next day using a high quality courier, and to my (pleasant) surprise I was contacted by a human called Nick, who gave me daily updates on the parcel progress. Through no fault of their own, the extreme weather in the week had impacted deliveries, but Nick proactively spoke with the courier regularly to keep me informed on revised delivery schedules. As luck would have it, the item was still delivered ahead of its re-planned date.

The driver and colleague let me know 15mins till arrival by phone.
They were very polite, I had concerns as I heard à bang, the parcel came into the house with the corner damaged, I was assured that it will be protected inside.
When all checked everything was fine.
I have put the settee bed together from the instructions given.
I found it very easy to do.
I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Lovong our new corner sofa furniture. Fast delivery and had the whole thing put up in under a few hours. Had a slight issue with confirmation email bit Nick sorted it all out for me. Would buy again.

Delivery Was Quick & Easy. Although when the ordered was received the rain cover hadn’t been delivered I contacted customer service and spoke with Agnieszka who got this all sorted for me. I also had realised I had made a mistake on my order but Agnieszka went out of her way to ensure I was happy with what I had received and to make sure it was perfect. Would 100% use Home Garden Direct again.

Excellent service throughout from ordering to deliver as stated 4 days . Excellent value for money and the assembly being no problem provided one follows the instructions paying attention to every detail.One tip being not to tighten the fittings untill all in place per item. It provides flexibility and ensures completion of assembly with speed and minimum of complications Last but not least the service of customers second to none most courteous and helpful.Highly recommend this purchase to those seeking like product.

Swift delivery and was kept updated by both the company selling the sofa bed and the delivery company. Couldn’t be happier. Love the sofa bed. Very comfortable firm seat. It feels substantial and I think it will retain its shape.

I liked the parts I got but the sofa has a flaw on the rattan, its twisted and I havent received the table top yet so was a bit disappointed 😔 that I didn't have the whole set for the lovely bank holiday weekend which was why I ordered it in plenty of time.
Overall the set is very nice though 👌 and the customer service was exceptional and they did everything to rectify the situation, especially Nick, thank you 😊
