I ordered some shelving from HomeVibe

I ordered some shelving from HomeVibe, having paid extra for express delivery the items did not turn up within the time expected two days this was entirely down to the courier company having mislaid my parcel. Good news I have now received my items and are quite happy.

Not size stated when i ordered

I order a set of 4 jumbo bath sheets, when they arrived they were only the size of a regular bath towel, I email them stating this to which they replied they would be delivering 2/3 days!!!. I was a bit confussed as they had already arrived so sent another email the following day stating I had the towels but they weren't what I ordered to which they replied again saying 2/3 days. I replied again stating they deliver days ago , I got a reply to say they had been delivered and sent me tracking information. After sending yet another email asking does anybody actually read these emails as it doesn't look that way. Still no refund or email that makes any sense. Won't use again .

If I could give you a minus rating I…

If I could give you a minus rating I would. I ordered 2 throws on 20/12/21 paid via paypal I never received any confirmation from them so had no details other than the notes I made. I have Sent countless emails they have told me twice it was lost in transit did I want a refund or the throws on the first occasion I asked for the throws the second time I asked for my refund. I have now reported this to paypal to try and get my money back. Reading these reviews I believe they are scamming people. Avoid them

Sinful

Scammers stealing peoples hard earned cash. They Banked my money and 2 weeks in transit recieved a rip off item that looks NOTHING like the picture. Overpriced tat ripped off for double the price after seeing same on Ebay. My advice; strap on your Usain Bolt shoes and vow never ever again.

I bought a purchase of clothing from…

I bought a purchase of clothing from these guys before Xmas and still not received .. I emailed a couple of weeks back about the status and was told it was damaged on transport .. and offered a refund on the 2 jackets or to re send them and I choose the latter !! I’ve been trying to get an update from them ever since but all my calls and mails have/are been ignored .. I don’t know whether they are scamming me out of money or not ..

Ordered an LED dog collar through a third party on the internet. Incorrect size arrived, so I contacted Homevibe direct but got a bit of an unhelpful message in return.it took me another 3 messages before I was sent the correct size.

I've only gave them a one as you can't score them any lower. 4 months I've been waiting for a mattress topper.
Absolute joke of a company, would recommend you stay well away from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! No evidence that this is a legitimate company. Ordered item. Nothing arrived. No correspondence. No messages at all. Has been weeks! Paid Express Delivery for order to be delivered in 2-3 days. Company does not reply to any emails. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering anything from this company!

1 Star would be way over the top for this outfit.

Steer well clear of these dishonest tat-floggers! I purchased an item from this outfit which, when received, bore no resemblance to the item photo as advertised. My advice is to avoid them like the plague; Reece (their "Customer Service Agent" - ha big joke) is useless and obviously in the wrong job; (although it beats me what the "right job" could possibly be for this misfit). They appear to be selling total rubbish while showing photos of much better quality items just to get your money, which is obviously illegal. Ridiculous shipping charges are added, so even if you return a duff product (and you manage a very unlikely refund), they still pocket the postage and you have paid for return postage! Then, just you try to get a civil reply or decent service or anything back. There are others who run this shower - I'll write much more about them in the near future.

Do not use!

As all the other reviews say, avoid this company at all costs, unless you like throwing your money away. Ordered Xmas lights a month before xmas delivery supposedly 4-5 days. 1 week later no dely, contacted them only to be told delivery 2-3 days, over a week later no delivery, contacted them several times after this, no response at all. Raised a complaint with PayPal and miraculously a few days later a parcel did arrive. Completely the wrong item in a box that looked like it was stored in a puddle. This was obviously done just so they didn’t have to do a credit to PayPal, who then closed the complaint on their pod! Did get a phone call to ask if everything was ok (surprised) told them the goods were wrong, said they would send out a returns label. That was 2 weeks ago, no returns label as yet, the no expecting to ever get one. As per the first sentence, DO NOT USE absolute rubbish company 😖

Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first.

Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first. Ordered goods never arrived. Homevibe advised lost in transit. Asked them to resend and confirm when the replacement was sent. Never responded have requested a refund several times which has not been acknowledged or received. Now escalated through PayPal.

Even though escalated via Pay PayPal they have asked if I want a refund !!! They clearly don't understand plain English.

PayPal issued a refund after adjudicating in my favour.

Poor quality.

Product arrived within time frame, but nothing like ordered, no centre draw string, and far too big despite adhering to the sizing advice. Way over priced I would say despite it being half price. Won’t be using again.

AVOID HOMEVIBE AT ALL COST!!!

I ordered a heavy duty clothes rail on 19th October and paid £9.99 for express shipping in order to get the items in 2-3 day. I've still not received my order. I've emailed them Twice, but no response. I left 2 voicemails on the mobile number provided as no one responded, but again no response. I've also sent a text to that number and still not heard back.
I am absolutely fuming. Please avoid buying anything from Homevibe Ltd. I should have read the other reviews before placing my order.
Fortunately I paid with Paypal so I'll request a refund through them.

Do not buy from this Company

I ordered some pillows back in April and after 6 weeks they hadn’t arrived. I emailed customer service and asked where they were. They said they got “ damaged” in transit so I asked for them to re send. After many many emails I still have not got my pillows or after I requested a refund, it is now the end of October and they have not emailed me back. I would not buy anything from this company ever Again!!!!! Absolute disgrace. In all my 60 years I have never been treated this bad.

Absolutely disgusting and appalling customer service, the worst I have ever come across in my 41 years. “Purchased” telescopic ladders back in June, and I am still chasing delivery or a refund at the end of October!! Without doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had

Wrong mini air conditioners delivered

Don’t buy from this bogus company, they are now avoiding my calls and emails. I bought 3 mini air conditioners and they delivered the wrong items. I have tried calling them and sending emails and they are avoiding me. I will take you to court, I want all my money back, you messed up the wrong person.
