Shocking company do not use as they…

Shocking company do not use as they take your money and don’t deliver I’ve been waiting 3 months for items had numerous promises of delivery which don’t arrive . When you complain ( which takes an age ) they bluff by saying they can’t find a voucher or tracking number which I then provide and the contact disappears to star all over again .They sell via Go groupie who don’t help in the process , don’t use either company they are crooks

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I ordered two items, one on the 21st August , which arrived and one on the 29th August which did not. When I chase the second order, Home Vibe continually quote the tracking number for the first order and act as if there was no second order despite proof of payment and ignore the fact that it is a different order number which was ordered 8 days after receiving the first order.. Go Groopie are using this company so check who the supplier is before you buy. 75% of the customers rating this company rate them as bad!!

Worst customer service avoid this…

Worst customer service avoid this company like the plague. Don’t answer phones always answer phone then immediately a message we cannot get to the phone, don’t answer emails we ordered never arrived and can’t get a refund

Absolutely awful company

Absolutely awful company , They have my money AND the returned goods which were not what I ordered and are now not refunding and delaying or ignoring all questions. I suggest anyone with an issue with them goes to their credit card company and puts a chargeback on what they paid, this may then wake them up when all their accounts are frozen . Never use them or Discount Experts who also use them as DE now deny all responsibility regardless of being the merchant who sold the products . Read Sale of Goods Act DE and HV, you are Breaking The Law!

At long last I have been refunded for…

At long last I have been refunded for the two items that I ordered at the beginning of May. The only reason that I got refunded is because I had paid for both of my Home Vibe orders through PayPal.
I would recommend anybody that wants to buy anything from Home Vibe to pay through Pay Pal.
Home Vibe customer service is a total waste of time, they ignore your emails and the same on live chat.
You Have Been warned, not a good company to buy things from anymore.

We’ve used these guys twice now.AVOID

We’ve used these guys twice now.
This was for their mystery raffle. Which is a complete con and I have now reported to trading standards. As we’ve also just found out, the item is faulty as well!
They advertise some great items then of course the rubbish if you’re not luck. Though they tell you the rubbish stuff is worth far more than the price ticket you buy. I paid the he too price and too postage to get it quickly ( as their postage is so slow) and ended up getting a hosepipe that’s only worth £10 when they say it’s worth £40+ what an absolute joke. Every shop and online place has these for £10 this company is a complete waste of time, and I wish I hadn’t given them a second chance. Trading standards have been contacted now as they are lying about the cost of items and what they are selling in their mystery packs, they won’t even publish the names of the winners…. Oh and we purchased the mystery gift the day it was advertised….. the speedy postage we paid for was even late, but after I contacted them I didn’t find a small refund of the postage in my account. This company scams……. Stay away and always check groupon or wowcher….. you’ll save a lot of money and get it far quicker.

Last year for a mattress topper, which took a month to arrive, but in the meantime we had to buy one from the high street as they ignored all messages. So ended up with an extra one I didn’t need.

We’ve given them two chances

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. You place a order with them for one thing and they can't even get that right. Their customer service is a joke, one mobile phone number that goes straight to voice mail, which they ignore. They ignore emails that you send to them, and even if you contact them via their online form, which by the way they say they have received, they ignore that as well. I am looking at taking legal action against them.

Please please do not buy from…

Please please do not buy from homevibe.i ordered bath towels from them over 2months ago.I've emailed them on several occasions and 4 times they say they will resend them. Never arrived.I've tried phoning them always answer phone. I am now passing the details on to my solicitor.so please please do not buy.

Ordered a dirt grabber mat through Go…

Ordered a dirt grabber mat through Go Groopie from Homevibe, was sent out a pack of towels sent them back as advised. I know they received them and after numerous communications still not received the mat. This has been going on since March no further forward will never order anything from them again and strongly advice anyone to think twice about ordering from this company

One star is in fact too generous

One star is in fact too generous. Through Wowcher, I ordered a bird table 2 months ago. Never arrived,lost in transit they said. This does not happen now, everything is barcoded and scanned along the way. Finally today Wowcher have agreed to refund my cash. I think HomeVibe is someone working out of their garage

Bought duck feather duvet March 2021

Bought duck feather duvet March 2021, never received when chased via email stated lost in transit and would send another still never received in June. Paid through paypal thought this would cover me but they provided an invalid tracking number which you cannot trace this supposed delivery.
Paypal held in favour of them as they had provided a tracking number avoid at all cost do not think paypal offers any protection!!

I cannot say anything about the quality of product because they was never received, like most of the other people writing reveiws contact is non existant, only one phone number which constantly goes to voice mail and do not respond to emails, one month later i am waiting for any contact or my order. Take everyones advice and do not shop with homevibe. I regret not reading these reviews beforehand

Totally poor quality

I purchased what I believed were Egyptian cotton towels advertised via gogroupie. I should have realised the offer was too good to be actually true.

The towels arrived Tuesday and they are worst quality quality item I have purchased from an online provider.

They a thin and look tired and there is nothing luxury about this product whatsoever.

I would stay away from this company and gogroupie!

Thanks for responding. Though this has no bearing on this purchase, particularly as I left my review more than 6 months ago. The items was given away.

Egyptian Cotton Bath Sheets

Received the bath sheets that was supposed to be 100% Egyptian Cotton,
they are not at all!

Very cheap looking thin towels that have 100% cotton NOT Egyptian!!!

Would definitely not recommend, are market value towels what you would buy from a market stall.

Go elsewhere as company is not supplying the quality of what their advertising in my opinion.

Save your money and buy real Egyptian cotton ones of much better quality somewhere else.

I will not use this company again, wish I had read the reviews before I purchased.

3 words of advice - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered item through Go Groopie. Very poor communication. Very vague about delivery time. Cancelled order within 14 days only to be told a week ago that item was in the post and would be with me in 3-5 days. Still no goods and no refund. I'm inclined to think that this is a scam operation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
