Was given the impression that you would deliver On a Sunday it was a bit ambiguous

Good communication, great price & quick delivery

Absolutely love my new oven great value for price but feel like it’s missing an item which I have messaged HomeWise to check for me. I think they are a bit slow with answering me so aftercare is not up to standards.

Very competitive price, couldn't beat it anywhere else. Great service and really helpful and friendly staff.

Fantastic product,and fast delivery

Unable to choose delivery day or time slot. Seems like an automated system that just accepts “yes or no” to the day and time the give you. Still waiting for delivery….

We visited HomeWise to see a freezer that we'd spotted online, but saw another that suited our needs better. Nick and Mark explained all it's features and how it worked. It was a very good price compared to some of the big name suppliers and as we lived not too far away, they agreed to deliver it to us at no extra cost too.
Delivery was far from simple; the freezer is large and it took several attempts to get it into the house, eventually doing it via our neighbours property and removing a fence panel and door to get it into place! Mark stayed and helped us throughout, including putting the property back together and removing our old freezer too.
Friendly service that was absolutely second to none. We can't thank him enough and would thoroughly recommend HomeWise to anyone.

Very quick delivery and brilliant oven not a mark on it for example display

I spoke to Homewise as this was for an LPG appliance for a boat. I received great advice and bought the cooker with confidence. The Gas Engineer found it very easy to add LPG conversion jets and it fitted perfectly and works brilliantly. Without the reassurances from very experienced staff I would not have purchased - so credit to them. Sublime knowledge.

This website is fantastic—easy to use and offers top products at competitive prices. The delivery process was straightforward and on time. Communication from the moment I placed my order to delivery was clear and concise, without being overwhelming. Overall, it was a very stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend them. Additionally, they don't bombard you with countless follow-up emails after a purchase, which was a nice touch.

We made the order but were quite quickly informed by Homewise that the specific gas hob was currently out of stock and they therefore offered an alternative. I contacted Homewise direct and spoke with Nick and after explaining that the size was critical as this was the only suitable gas hob that we had been able to find that was exactly the correct size to replace the existing hob without requiring any alterations. He kindly undertook to check when the next delivery from the supplier would be and also that the size quoted was exact. He quickly came back to me to confirm the size as stated and the fact that he would be able to supply the model ordered in approx. 3 - 4 weeks. We were happy to wait and without any further contact and or follow up from us, we duly received an email within the period stated to advise us of shipment of the hob to us. Received in perfect condition as it was extremely well package. It fitted as hoped and works like a dream. A big thank you to Nick and his team for great communication and service. No hesitation to use again in the future and or to recommend them.

Good people to deal with. They called to arrange delivery and freezer arrived on day and time. Good appliance as described at a fair price. Brand with 2 yr. warranty. So far so good.

Unit was reasonably priced, and delivered on time.

Great service, package arrived promptly and the contact with the Company was spot on. I am based on the Isle of Wight so the service was slightly different for me, but I cannot fault the care, particularly from Nick.

Product as described , efficient shipping process with 2 people as promised and required.
All in all a straight forward company to deal with.
