I was very grateful that my delivery date was deferred after a circumstance. The order process was easy and at a competitive price

Double oven arrived with a huge dent in the top. Not sure if it will make a difference. Delivery men dumped it earlier than specified saying they were not taking it in house as you didn’t pay for unpacking service! As I wasn’t fitting it right away I didn’t really want it unpacked but beware that’s is what happened.

As a landlord their service was brilliant. We provided them with a Specification, they provided us with there ranges with advice. Once agreed we passed on details of tenant and they did the rest. Arranged, installed and removal of old appliance. All in a timely manner.
could not recommend this fast and friendly service enough. Definitely will be using them again at some point in the future

Still waiting for my washer to be delivered, been a week now and not been delivered for another 5:days. Service is awful, my washer was ordered on 11 April 25

I think the company was over critical for the description of the damage to the appliance
The appliance was at a bargain price and was delivered quickly
Could not fault any aspect of the service

Bought a American style fridge freezer customer service was second to none nick was fantastic and delivery was great. The appliance is lovely 100% happy couldn't fault them in any way would definitely recommend

Fabulous new dishwasher with a minor ding to the side which is hidden by the kitchen units. Absolutely thrilled with it as was a bit dubious as to whether the item would be in full working order as ex display and not ordered from Homewise before. Very impressed

Bought a bosh oven from HomeWise the price was lower than anywhere else. Just had it fitted and it’s brilliant.

I bought a washing machine without reading and looking too deeply at the advert. I thought I was getting a brand new machine but on delivery found it to be an ex showroom model which had some serious body damage. Not blaming the company at all it was my fault for not doing full research. The machine works well and was priced correctly. Not quite the bargain I thought it was though.

I used the Homewise Parts service, via Ebay, to replace the glass in an oven door. The service I received from Homewise Appliances was second to none - a stark contrast with my previous attempts to replace the glass. It was great to be able to speak to a human being on the phone, which is much more efficient; Phil and Nick were both extremely helpful, making sure that the item spec. was correct, that it was in stock, and that it was shipped quickly. The item was received in less than 24 hrs, perfectly packaged, and at a very competitive price. Thanks again, I will definitely recommend Homewise to friends and family.

I received a phone call from Homewise confirming delivery through a third party company. Unfortunately we experienced a a failed delivery but Homewise called and reorganised on our behalf.
No complaints at all!

Ordered a Teknix induction hob. Arrived with additional packaging/ boarding to protect its item. Package clearly marked as handle with care glass.Price was best around and delivered within time frame by 2 man team.
