So pleasant to deal with a Company that exerted no pressure whatsoever instead taking a serious amount of time guiding us through all the various options available to us - all of which were explained in great detail and in an easily understood language and manner. Initially we were somewhat daunted at the thought of Equity Release and were pleasantly surprised how simple and speedy the process turned out to be. Cannot praise highly enough David Farrell who guided us throughout making the whole process seemingly transparent and ensuring we understood every facet of the arrangement.
