Very pleased with the removal. Kosta was professional making the arrangements and transparent with costs. Removal van arrived on time. Packed all items logically in a compact arrangement. Very considerate when lifting bulky items through narrow spaces. The move was from London to York. They arrived in due course and swiftly unpacked the van. Overall, an excellent, professional service.

We moved from South West London to Kent and the service we got from Kosta and his team was amazing. Kosta was great at staying in touch and finding out exactly how much we had and giving all costs upfront so we had no nasty surprises. Because we were moving so far out of London there was an addition hour charged for travel which I think was very fair. It was a very stressful and emotional day but the team were so kind and helpful and quick at packing everything up with zero breakages. When we got to the new house there was some trouble getting the bed up the stairs as it was so big, but the team took it apart and put it all back together. I honestly thought we might need to sleep on a mattress on the floor and get a new bed, but the team were amazing and refused to let the bed beat them. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were so hard working and courteous. Thank you for making a stressful day less so for us.

The team were very quick and efficient once they arrived. I had to move the contents of a 25 square foot storage unit into another facility across town - from arrival to end the job took less than two hours. Kosta was very easy to deal with and the pair who helped me were polite and effective.

Avoid this company - their removal guys are extremely slow, constantly on the phone or chatting and trying to extend the removal time to the max just to rip you off. Also completely careless with your belongings, messy and without even the most basic manners (e.g. used my bathroom with the door open and without even asking permission). When I raised a complaint with them I got completely ignored. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

Amazing customer service and support.

I completely underestimated how much I have hoarded over the years. The Izzy removal team worked with me to find an appropriate van and moving team with no hassle.

Would recommend it to friends, so would also recommend to anyone needing a professional moving team..

My wife spoke to Kosta and provided him with a full list of everything to be moved including the number of boxes, whereupon we were provided with a quote which included 1 Luton box van and 2 movers.

On the day, the movers arrived - Stanley being very friendly and the other rude, speaking no English and would barely respond or blank us entirely when we tried to communicate with him. Stanley very quickly calculated 1 van would not be enough - he phoned Kosta who then spoke to me. The conversation did not begin with any admission of a mistake in their quoting or their error, instead he simply stated that not everything would fit in the van, that they may have another available and would charge me. When I explained that we relied on their expertise in quoting to determine the vehicle needed, I was told it was not exact science. I said that if there was doubt or if it was close, my wife and I were never told (until now) and no other options were presented at the time. I had to push for the 2nd van to be discounted, whereby a revised total was agreed there on the phone.

Whilst waiting 50 minutes or so for the 2nd van, the movers paced slowed greatly, switching back to their initial speed when their boss arrived with the 2nd van.

The 2nd van arrived with a man who I was told was the company's owner, Colin. Upon arrival, there was no introductions, greetings or any kind of apology for what had taken place so far. He effectively walked past me into the flat, surveyed the scene and started carrying furniture down without so much as a word.

Once at the storage unit, we discovered the large, valuable OLED TV had not been transported horizontally as required (though it was on the packaging, they were not instructed to do this specifically however). Upon discovery and worried it'd been like this the whole time, I asked them there and then to please rotate it to be horizontal, to which they replied "yeah we'll do it later..."

Once they'd finished unloading everything, Colin passed his phone to me without explanation/words, with Kosta on the other end. Kosta said because it had taken an hour longer then they thought they were going to charge me an extra £70, despite the fact we'd agreed the price earlier that day and the reason for the delay was the organisation's own fault. I said I refused to pay this extra charge where there was push back again, eventually Kosta agreeing it would not be added on.

Since then, we used a different company to do the second part of the move. Their speed and friendliness was incomparable and they fit everything in one van.

Using Izzy removals was a very stressful and overall unpleasant experience whereby we wouldn't recommend them to anyone compared to the excellent service provided by other removal services.

Kosta made today's move a very stressless event for my 85 year old mum and in her own words 'they were nice and polite and quickly and efficiently took care of everything' I called this company under a week ago and the response was swift and cost effective. I moved house in record temperatures for the UK and there was a hold up getting keys for the new house which meant a fair amount of waiting around between properties, but the team were great - very professional and understanding. The move itself was very efficient, and the team were happy to help dismantle and reassemble furniture as needed.

Great move from Wimbledon to Chelsea! Very helpful, friendly and quick. Started at 9 and finished in 4 hours. Ivan and his collegue both went above and beyond! Highly recommend! Also top customer service from Kosta.

Excellent end-to-end service. My request for a quote was answered promptly and Kosta clarified any questions over the phone. On the day, the removal team arrived on time, were kind, courteous and helpful, and loaded the van quicky. They even had all my things unloaded and stored at my destination. What could have been a very stressful experience was made to be very straight forward. Highly recommended.

Excellent, fast, great communication and great service. The two men sent by Izzy Removals were polite, friendly and didn't mess about. Very hard working - took care of my belongings, wrapped things and dismantled furniture. Would highly reccommend and using them again for further removals!
