Terrible experience.
The 2 guys were not only very rude ( no speaking English at all) but they were also intentionally extremely slow. As they charge you per hour they took 55 minutes to travel from a location to the other when it took me less than 20 minutes. I even caught them having a cigarette during the moving . I moved from a ground floor to a ground floor so I don’t really understand the need of having a break. They have also damaged my table , my TV stand and my sofa was extremely dirty. They were definitely not being careful with my furnitures . I called Izzy Removals to complain and I have been told that usually they are not working with those 2 guys but they didn’t have any choice as they were really busy with other jobs. Just awful! To Avoid!

Really good team, very prompt arrival and speedy loading and unloading of quite a lot of boxes and furniture down two flights of stairs.

The guys were so helpful, and did the moving in record time. It would’ve taken me many many trips and hours to move all my stuff and they did the round trip in two hours. Great value for money too. Will definitely use them again whenever I move next!

I dont know where they are getting these reviews from .Checks elsewhere in the internet.They are a good man with a van team.DONT book them as a proffessional mover with packing .Breakages and no respect for the goods
and look elsewhere on the internet and see the damage they can do

I used Izzy Removals for a move from Surrey to Warwick. The team were professional and quick, and just got on with the job which was great.

Have used Izzy removals twice now, both times exceptional service.

The most recent time we moved from a two storey flat to a house. The flat had multiple sets of stairs and tricky corners to manoeuvre but they moved all our furniture quickly and efficiently.

For context, I’ve moved many times in the last few years (internationally and in the UK) but for personal reasons, this move across London was the most taxing, logistically and emotionally - the only thing that has made the whole process manageable was dealing with the team from Izzy.

The booking process was flexible, accommodating, kind and polite. The service offered really great value for money and on the day itself, I could not have asked for more. My moving team were polite, efficient, worked SO hard and by some miracle managed to get my sofa through the most impossible space known to man.

Please do use these guys, and when you reflect on a job well done and how reasonable the price was, remember to tip them well. No - I don’t know them! But I’m v v grateful for all their hard work and kindness today.

This was our first time hiring a moving company and sorting through the long list of quotes and reviews was quite difficult so hopefully this is helpful if you're in the same situation!

We chose Izzy Removals as they were our cheapest quote and were quick and easy to book for the day we wanted. We sent a list of the main large items we needed moving and Kosta booked us in on the phone. We guessed the number of boxes we'd have, we underestimated but it was fine on the day.

The van arrived a bit after the target time but Kosta let us know this might happen and updated us on the day. The loading was done efficiently with several bulky items carried down the stairs. We left a few items behind as we could collect them later - if you need to move everything in one trip then make sure you count/measure everything rather than estimating. The unloading was also straightforward, we helped carry things at both ends which sped things up.

The removal guys were friendly and efficient and made what could have been a stressful experience a positive day. Would definitely recommend Izzy removals and use again. Thanks Izzy removals!

Izzy Removals are fantastic! I will be using them a second time to move into my new property next week. They worked ever so quickly, taking care of my fragile items and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been! I had two men working and they were ever so polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends & family.
