Amazing place to work

One of the worst agencies I worked for. I literally worked three shifts and was ill for the fourth one and they cancelled all the shift I had booked and terminated my account for being ill ONCE. OME TIME!

I was sent an email telling me because I was sick one day I was terminated. As someone who was new to their agency I am disgusted by how they treat people.

This is supposed to be flexible working and to think that I recieved such great reviews by the companies I worked with on their behalf; on the three shifts (was told I was the best the agency had ever sent them and that the agency needed more people like me) but because i was sick ONE DAY they were so cold, showed no compassion and terminated all the work I had scheduled for that week. I spoke to a foolish and clearly incapable member of staff via a live chat whom clearly did not have any common sense to use discrestion regarding a person being ill, espically someone who has given your agency great representation.

If you are a human being, don't use this agency as their HR are terrible and not very clever. Only robots should work for this agency as real people who are ill sometimes will be treated badly. Baring in mind a serious migraine which lead to a nose bleed and I still made it to the other job the next day.

There are other agencies like Syft out there that TREAT YOU BETTER and PAY YOU BETTER. Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't sign back up to this agency if they paid me to, disgusting way to treat someone right before Christmas. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM.

I NEVER recieved a "STRIKE"...not 1, 2 or 3 strikes. I literally used the agency for less than a week and had my first ever sickness and was deleted and had all my shifts cancelled. Now it seems that this agency is dishonest as well as terrible at HR and handling real people.

Like i said: DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! TERRIBLE!

It's a overall great experience from catapult, except the availability of shifts and notifications.

Absolutely the best company for jobs I know. It is flexible so, you pick up shifts when you're free and there are always shifts.

Funktioniert alles wie es soll. Man kann alles online erledige, was meiner Meinung nach ein großer Vorteil gegenüber anderer Anbieter ist.
Manchmal gibt es noch kleine Probleme, die der Kundenservice aber allemal wieder gut macht. Dieser ist quasi immer erreichbar, ist super freundlich und hat immer ein offen Ohr für jede Frage.

Good agency for recruiting

Catapult is great, this a great way to work part time while you are studying or looking for a professional job like I am doing. Since I have being with them they have being very helpful with everything I have needed. Any question I asked, it has been answered very quickly, Also the clients they work with are very professional and trustworthy, they know who to choose. Thank you so much Catapult because literally you are making my life much easier. :)

So glad I signed up! Perfect for uni students like myself who are between cities and looking for work around my own schedule.

The app is very easy to use, well layed out and clear. The help team were very quick to respond and sort out my issue and are really easy to contact within the app.

Only wish there were more shifts for me to sign up for!

As a university student, I first joined catapult when I came home for the summer and I needed a job. Nowhere wanted to take me on because I was only home for 3 months, and there wasn’t a lot of work going, but I found catapult and it is amazing! It took a while to get going (3 week wait for a right to work interview and then another 3 weeks until my first shift) but that is my only complaint. Since starting, there has been plenty of work on the app, I can choose when I want to work to fit my schedule, you’re paid weekly and if you have any issues the customer service team are ace at getting back to you. What’s better, I can continue working with catapult as soon as I’m back at uni, so I don’t have to look for another job - I can’t recommend them enough!
